Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Twentymile

The ice cream is good. Most everyone is friendly with the exception of one. I have went in numerous times previously and ordered the Might Like It size, perfect size for a mid afternoon pick me up without being too heavy, and being a diabetic it is the perfect size. Last week she told me that they never had and never will sell that size that even though it shows it online I can't get it. Today I went back and she did it again, except this time told me I could order online that that is the only way she will make it. Literally stood in the store and ordered it, she waited until order came through and then made it, never thanked me for my order. Worst customer service EVER. Why is everyone else helpful and makes it but with her it's like she has an attitude with me over ordering this size. It shouldn't be offered off or can't be made. Also she needs to get rid of...

I really hope the owner, regional or someone that can make a difference reads this. Joel is new and worked his butt off with a good attitude. I can not say the same for the other young lady working. Its Labor Day in the evening and people walked out. We almost did too. The young lady did not help one customer and left Joel to fend for himself. We were there for 45 minutes with 3 families in front of us.

I understand there were other things to do, I'm guessing, however help the paying customers in the building first. Have a Sense of Urgency, Improve Customer Service. Can't imagine the chaos of a weekend. Hope changes are made.

The ice cream is wonderful don't get me wrong, but the past two times we've been in, 2 different employees have just given us whatever THEY want to and don't listen to our order. I asked for ice cream in a waffle cone and before she started making it, she said "You asked for a shake right?" No ma'am I asked for ice cream in a small waffle cone... I get to the check out and she hands me a medium cup and said "Here I gave you this cup instead because you get more ice cream in it.... I'm pregnant and that's not what I wanted nor what I asked for. I let it slide and brought my kids back today and they both asked for ice cream in medium cups, I get to the check out and they both got large cups and they charged me...
