Im going to give it a 2 stars because I have had worse but heres the real deal review. I do not own a pizza shop or want to see someone fail ect but take this advice from an average customers view. First nobody wants their pizza where its half cooked ok, if the cheese is white after it comes out of the oven with no caramelization or browning its undercooked. If the bottom of the pizza is white with no browning and the crust rips off the pizza when u grab a slice its undercooked. Nobody wants undercooked pizza, its just not the move. The sauce is foul it has 0 taste and the pie is swimming in it. Maybe add some herbs or something to it and use way way less. The loads of sauce may be a byproduct of not cooking it long enough or at least is magnified by the wetness it causes the raw crust. Toppings ok guys its a large pie, if you have 17 pepperones on a large and each slice has 2.2 peperones you are skimping people on toppings lets be real for a moment on look at any high rated pizza place on onebite or google or yelp they are loaded with toppings. Finally they are called toppings for a reason, “Top”’ings aka on the TOP lol,its hard to get for some pizza shops but nobody wants toppings under the cheese especially raw meat toppings like bacon or sausage, the pepperones belong on the top of the cheese. My salad I believe was 16 and when I got to the location where we were going to eat for a bit before leaving, I didn’t have a fork so I paid $16 for a salad that I couldn’t even eat and had to end up throw away… I don’t think there could be anything worse than wasting money on food and an establishment that doesn’t even give you the utensils to eat that food. I was really disappointed.
