Idaho Pizza Company — Restaurant in Twin Falls

I am not sure what it is about this place and making sandwiches but I think they need to stick with just pizza making. I come in with family on the regular and it never fails that when a sandwich is ordered it takes this place sometimes 50 minutes to get to the table. This is just not acceptable! So their excuse this time was, they had a big delivery order to do.. I'm sorry but there is a reason you tell that person it will take a certain amount of time to cook and deliver... you don't leave your customer you have in your building waiting. So after asking them twice where the sandwich was they brought it out 55 minutes later, the only problem was we canceled the order 15 minutes earlier.. and then the kid refunding the sandwich was rude.. no sorry, please give us another chance.. nothing! After siting there for a few more minutes 2 other customers where waiting as well and they had been their longer then we did. Sorry I wont be back for some time, awful service! ...and while we are on the subject you need to do something about your salad, it really sucks having to sit there and pick through to find the stuff that isn't turning! I will never go there again me and my girlfriend got there quarter after one They had 3 different kinds of pizzas I asked them if they had any combination coming out the lady said we don't have one made up but I will get 1 So I had some salad it was OK I have 2 small pieces of pizza Waiting for the combination which is my favorite kind of pizza People ate up most of the Pizza that was out there I was waiting for combination to come out about 30 minutes later they brought out a pizza and I thought oh boy I walk over there it is a pepperoni I asked the lady are you bringing the combination out She said no this is the last pizza we're bringing out lunch is Over I told her I was told they were bringing a combination out I was waiting for that She said nope we're not doing that So I paid almost $11 for a salad bar and 2 small pieces of pizza that's why you go to a buffet to get what you want But I learned my lesson I will go back Pizza pie cafe Better pizza better selection and...

I ordered 2 medium pizzas at 6 PM on a thursday, one with extra mushrooms. I was told it would be about an hour and a half. At 7:45 I called to see what the hold up was. I was told they were short staffed and my order was just put in the oven. My order arrived at about 8:30, and while the driver was very apologetic and pleasant he stated he had a hard time finding my residence. Google Earth much? When the order was inspected the pizza with extra mushrooms did not have extra mushrooms and was well overcooked pretty burnt in places. On a side note we were given 2 containers of ranch dressing, I can only imagine that someone else is going to be disappointed with their order as well. I must point out I am not blaming the available staff but management for this situation, as training and staffing is their responsibility. Also an offer of a discount on this order or possibly my next order (assuming I order again) would have gone a long way to...
