There needs more training on changing gloves/ sanitizing. The employee that made my food was very friendly and a hard worker and i apreeaciate his service, but the only disgusting thing I noticed was that his gloves were all over the window frame all over the pins while looking for a good pin through a cup full of them and at the same time while he was writing down my order on the window frame the frame was coverd in finger prints ,grease dirt and other nasty crap. the employee then walked away and grabbed his pants and his dirty apron a few times and moved his belt around and continued making my sandwich with the same gloves and grabbing vegetables. He had a very difficult time taking my order and made both sandwiches wrong. He was by himself. I think maybe there should have been a supervisor with him or someone who could help him take orders and train him at the same time. Makes me wonder how many times this will happen with poor training. Getting sick from food poison is pretty serious!! I really hope Subway can get their training in order because one time was enough for this to happen. , I will return in the future but not soon. I'm not sure when, but I hope this reaches out to Subway soon so that no one gets sick from the poor training on being sanitary. I submitted a picture if u look down on the window frame u will see finger prints and probably other nasty stuff like elbows and dirt. This is where they keep leaning on and touching with their gloves and after making your...
Read moreI ordered on uber. The restuarant did not have the meat or bread I ordered, but instead of cancelling the order, 3 uber drivers went to pick up the order, and I had to personally walk 2 miles to talk to the employee working. Before walking down, I called 3 times, of which no calls were answered. Upon arrival the employee at Subway on Kimberly Rd, in Twin Falls, Idaho, named Chase, was sitting outside, smoking, and on his phone. I requested he cancel the uber order, which he went inside and called another coworker to explain how to cancel the order, upon which time, a 4th uber driver arrived. The uber driver was able to call uber customer support and have my order cancelled and then left. When I went to tell the subway employee, he just kinda shrugged and informed me he had been working there for 4 months and was just "thrown in" so he didn't know how to work the computer systems well. Upon looking in the kitchen there were food wrappers and food all over the floor, all food and topping coverings were open, and the bread warmer door was wide open. Before leaving, I asked if the phone worked, Chase informed me that yeah, "it kinda works sometimes." When I started I had called three times BEFORE walking down, he just shrugged and mumbled sorry. I will NOT be returning to the Subway located on Kimberly Rd., Twin...
Read moreI have never in my years of being on this planet have walked into a establishment where the staff is this rude. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently the manager won't be in until 4 days later all the mean while this place is being run by children with no shift lead or supervisor. How are you going to run a establishment when you have to be told when to pick up your room? While getting this information (over the phone) there was snickering and snide comments to heard on the other end of the line. I honestly have no one to blame besides whoever it is that owns this place. What a disgusting display of customer service and general respect for the customer. The employees won't provide their name's or the name of the management and the only way I could get a refund was to contact a different subway, absolutely mind blowing, this place needs to get it's stuff together or just move out so I don't have to look...
