Twin Falls Motel — Hotel in Twin Falls

O M G! This was THE dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in... period. It's such a shame because it's actually a nice property. The furnishings are nice, FABULOUS toiletries... super nice staff. It could be great! Here is what I found upon entering the room: STENCH like a rock and roller who smoked 3 packs a day must have lived here for a few years prior to remodel. The kind of stench that NEVER leaves a place. DIRT... as in a thick black ring around the tub, pubic hairs on walls, the floor, the towels... crusty old pee on the toilet at bolts, a filth ring around the inside of the bowl. Perhaps the most special brand of filth is whatever is in... on... seeped into... the carpet. I insisted my kids wear shoes. No matter how much carpet fresh I sprinkled.... the smell came back. I literally had to go buy Tylenol pm so I could sleep. $30 in cleaning supplies and sleep aids and the smell STILL persists. Finally, I can't begin to say how disheartening it is to see roach motels in the hallway when walking to my room. I can only shake my head. There are no words. While I'm on a roll, perhaps I should mention the word WINDEX. It's a little something the staff could use to add sparkle to the glass thruout. Geez! I could barely see the pool thru the windows.

I have been in hotel management... so to me... this looks like a bad mix of inconsistencies in housekeeping mixed with no money from the (most likely) investor owner.

I never in my wildest thoughts imagined I would consider LaQuinta a luxury brand... but trust me... it's got to be at least a few stars higher than this...

If you are a great guest than this is a great place to stay. The owner is very nice and professional. We stayed for a few nights and the beds were super comfortable and the bedding was super soft, nice n clean. I'm extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke and had no indication that anyone has smoked in the room. She tells you upon check in there isn't any smoking in the rooms and provides chairs out front your door to enjoy ur smoking. Even though I don't smoke I did enjoy the time I sat outside unwinding and taking in the cute set up she has there. She has old western designs placed throughout the yard and front of the buildings. The rooms have scenes on the walls which are very nice. If you want to feel like you have stepped back in time, get some restful sleep (as once you close your door you can't even hear the traffic outside), and feel refreshed without the high price of the average hotel room, this is a must. I didn't mind no internet cause I have on my phone. There were enough tv stations to keep my family entertained so no problem there either. Make sure you are at the Twin Falls Motel located between Grovers and the Ground Round or your experience might be like some of the other reviews that were obviously not at the same place I stayed. I will say this if you are loud, obnoxious, destructive, like to take things that aren't yours as a momento, or straight up disrespectful, think you can stumble on over after the bar closes and make a fool of yourself..... this little lady will make you wish your momma had taught you...

I stayed there for over few weeks then my friend came to say hi who was in town well the lady got in his face And told him.to get off the lot or she have the police do it was like what is ur.deal she said by law no one was be in my room but me I said I pay for the room he here for pizza and chat had not seen him.in years. I call twin falls police cause I wanted my money back the cop did agree that what she did was unfair And my buddy was not trespassing at all if I pay for room . The lady had been great to work with up tell that I took my losses on the money and moved out that night. Sorry but u don't give me list of rules go by then try to tell me who can and can not viste I say if ur looking for long term this is not place u will not be able to have friend or family over unless they pay to be there lost a lot respect for twin falls hotel! My buddy was here for death in his family did not need all this sorry but some people really are low in my book! Never in my life have I ever felt so disrespected in my home life for her. To do that but like I said a night is ok but long term get ready to have rules given to u and no friends and family it is a joke . The cops also thought she was out of line but I took my losees on money . But rather do that then deal with it...
