I went in just to price an upgrade for my system and the guys were very helpful. Showed me different set ups, and gave me detailed explanations of what would be best for my setup. He went out and inspected what I already have so he could give me the best advice. He even showed me his personal set up. I’m definitely going back to have them install my new set up. Look for upcoming updates when it’s done. Any bad reviews you see on this PROFESSIONAL shop should be ignored. THESE GUYS ARE TOP SHELF AWESOME!!!!!! February 13, 2023 UPDATE TIME!!! Got my new set up installed today. Work was completed ahead of schedule, with an extremely professional job. The salesman even came out and made sure I was happy with everything, helped me make a few adjustments, and showed me a few things. I couldn’t be happier. Have taken our vehicles there for several years now and have had no complaints until now. We had a dvd player on hold and someone there sold it without telling the other salesman. We set an appointment 6 weeks ago because that's how long they were out, and when I called to let them know my husband dropped it off they couldn't find our appointment . We took a dvd player in that we had fixed and they called after it was in and told us there was an error. They said they might be able to find another one but didn't call us back to let us know they couldn't. So now putting the original stereo back in and still charging almost 600 bucks. Not happy at all!! Staff is different than a year ago and doesn't seem...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in at 9 am to have a stereo installed. I had purchased the stereo from Pawn one (where they tested it before selling it to me and it was working), then had Power Plant install it. After about 2 and a half hours of waiting Bryan came back to me with my keys. After about 2 minutes on the road the speakers went from the song that was playing on my phone to nothing but static. I went back to power plant and told them about the problem. After another half hour Bryan came back to me and said the stereo was "defective". The entire fiasco lasted over 5 hours and costed me over $150... And I have no stereo in my car. TLDR/ Payed them...
