I wish I knew her name, but she was an absolute doll. My daughter was having a rough day so I stopped to get her a yummy coffee, but didn’t want her to have the caffeine. So this sweet barista suggested and made the prettiest and tastiest drink. I told her that my daughter was having a rough day and she told me she hopes it gets better. I could tell that coffee was made with love. The drink was SO tasty I even called back to find out what it was called so I could get one for myself again, she knew exactly who I was and before hanging up said, “let your daughter know that all of us here want her to have a better day.” I thought that was so sweet and caring. I have been going to this place almost every morning, the coffee is usually luke warm at best, the bagels have been served to me cold or burnt and there usually is no in between. Back in the day people would tip baristas for doing designs in there coffee foam, and now I get my card stuck under the seat because they are in a rush to complete the payment. Pretty hard to continue going to a coffee place that won't offer you hot coffee in exchange for your money and time. While I don't have much against the people there service could be way better as I find myself, with only 2 cars in line, and it takes them 15 minutes. Disappointing Experience with Inconsistent Sizes and Taste

I’ve given this coffee shop multiple chances, but each visit leaves me more frustrated. The most glaring issue is their lack of consistency with drink sizes. I ordered the same drink on two different occasions, and the “large” size varied drastically. One time it felt like I got a large in a medium cup, and the next it was larger. If you’re paying for a certain size, you should expect the same amount each time! The taste is just as inconsistent. My Dirty Chi was great once but watery and bland the next. It’s like there’s no standard recipe or attention to detail. For the price they charge, the quality should be much better. Sadly, I won’t be coming back...
