We had a bad experience here. We tried to order on their app and it wasn’t working so we asked them in store if they would honor the online discount since the app wasn’t working correctly and they said no. So we tried ordering online from their website instead so we would get the deal since we have a big family and we asked if they could help us with ordering online and they did not and said “it’s finicky”. It was terrible. There wasn’t anyone else inside Subway and they were just standing around so you would think they would at least try or make it easy and just honor the discount. Ridiculous! I dont k ow why I keep giving thos place chance after chance. Last night I went there and wow it like a bunch of kids let loose there. They are so disorganized on the line. The girl last night was talking to others while making me my sandwich I could barley get her to focus on what i was asking. She closed my sandwich h after adding a few veggies. And when i said i wasn't done she looked at me like I was being rude. On top of it i saw a girl give a doordash order to someone and didnt even confirm the order. Then after the girl left with order in cones a door dasher with her doordash mask on and her phone to confirm the order. So basically anyone could go in there and say they are there to pick up a doordash and not even have to confirm it. They need an actual adult or someone who does care...

The food may have been good, but I had a terrible experience with the staff. The first woman who took our order appeared to be under the influence and made two separate mistakes. Then, a man came out to finish our order, but he was openly rude and aggressive towards my friend and me.
