Hardee’s — Restaurant in Twin Oaks

Friendly staff, food is always spot on, and the drive-thru is usually pretty quick to get through. Pull up, order, pay, get food, drive off, done. Rarely do I have to wait for long.

My only complaint (in case anyone from Hardee's is reading this): Please, please, please.. whether it's fries or hash browns, please put the open-top container in the bag UPRIGHT. Every time I order something with fries or hash browns, when I get home and open the bag, the container is upside-down and the contents all spilled out into the bag.

Otherwise, five-star rating.

UPDATE: Clearly, no one from Hardee's corporate, nor anyone from this location, is reading any of these reviews. It happened, again, this morning. Got home with my order, opened the bag, and the entire contents of hash browns was all over the bottom of the bag. This will, most likely, never be fixed.

UPDATE2: Also, make sure the person at the drive-thru taking your order understands what size you want, of what. I ordered a LARGE combo, got home to discover a small combo. Food was still good, just not as much as I...

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. For as slow as it was (with only other one car in front of me and no one inside the store), the food should have at least been hot. The cold, cardboard-like curly fries added insult to injury after the dismal service I received. I barely received a grunt when I asked to upgrade to curly fries on my combo, or when I was given my receipt. The cashier (Donald) did not speak to me when he opened the window. I handed him the payment and gave another grunt. When the food was "ready" Donald literally shoved the bag out the window and into my face. I sat there for a second in shock and looked around for a store phone number on the window. He just stared at me like I had no business still being in the drive through. I didn't see the car behind me, so I had no idea what his hurry was after I'd been kept waiting so long. Either they were left still waiting to give their order, or they left because they got tired of waiting or being grunted at as well. The whole experience...

Got our food and sat down and ate some of it only to have the manager come to our table rudely after we were 3/4ths done and tell us they were closing in 1 minute and we had to go. Asked if we could finish quickly because we would have been finished soon anyway and nothing was said to us when we ordered....and she said no we had to stop mid way had to leave. .I have never been so rudely treated this way. And there was another table who she said the same to and they were told they could finish. We had no reason to be treated this way. I have worked this kind of job before and I would have been FIRED for ever being so rude to a customer who had been perfectly nice before this... we were nothing but nice up until she rudely told us we had to stop eating and go 2 min after they closed. Now if the situation was reversed I dont think anyone would want this to happen! Wont ever go back...not that the manager or this company will ever care or do...
