Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Twin Oaks

You wouldnt know its Imos unless you look at the sign. Ordered two pizzas, and cinnimos. They called immediately and said they were completely out of anything dessert related. Pizza one, cheese, pizza was over well done but yet the bottom of the crust was underdone, very chewy not crispy. Second pizza, the thicker crust pizza with bacon and hamburger. this was borderline disgusting, undercooked dough, and some kind of sweet sauce on the crust, oven temps or timing for pizzas in the oven need to be reviewed and adjusted. Normally we smash imos and have nothing left afterwards, we could not finish this. This imos is best to steer clear of, Not authentic Imos or their standards are subpar. Gina needs to be fired. My family works customer service so that is something I do not say lightly. She is absolutely horrendous and is rude every single time we order. Even if we order online, she will call and harass us. We leave instructions for which apartment we are in and she will call us demandin we go out and meet the driver, she will call us to tell us they don't deliver to us, and this time her attitude cost the driver his tip. No matter how polite we are, she is rude and when we called her out on her poor attitude, she threatened to call the cops on my sister(who is black and has an urban accent) for harassment! The pizza was luke warm, when brought to the table by a non-friendly male kid, with few ingredients atop (and we only ordered a 2 ingredient pizza), & a solid layer of cheese that slide off the sauce beneath. This was NOT the Imo's Pizza of the 70s, or even of a current Cecil Whittaker's up North ( North St Louis county) that I tasted last year. Their pizza was what Imo's use to be. Albeit the Cecil Whittaker's in this area did not meet this criteria. Just a bunch of kids running the place with no care, concerning the quality of their food or the chores of the business (metal forks in dishwasher, ran out of draft Shocktop, & the salad was not what it use to be).
