Neshotah Beach is hands-down our favorite beach in the entire country; soft white sand, a cool breeze rolling off the lake, and the occasional ship passing on the horizon. It’s more than a beach to us . So having a concession stand right there is such a treat. Honestly, I think it’s amazing they have one at all. It’s a great variety for a beach spot: snacks, cold drinks, quick bites, and something for everyone in the family. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly, and it just makes the whole day easier, especially with kids. Need variety. Not everyone wants shaved ice. Doesn’t seem it would be that difficult to sell ice cream bars and potato chips? Luckily on 4th of July there were other concessionaires on the beach, but that is not typically available as an alternative.
