Montana Rae’s Pub — Restaurant in Two Rivers

Formally known as Tippy's. Now called Montana Rae's. Will never in my life go here again. The new owner, Montana, has her favorite customers that she is sweet and nice to. And as for others, like myself and a few other friends, has attitude and is rude/disrespectful to. Was trying to let her know that when she had a moment that we wanted to place an order. When said her name, her response was "what." The tone of her voice, was unnecessary and uncalled for. Whether a person likes someone or not, or in my case, doesn't know someone, when working with customers, the server, bartender, owner, should keep a positive attitude, regardless. Especially when Montana had just come in to work. We left without ordering food. Super unhappy about our visit there. I’m not so sure about the reviews as I checked them before ordering for take out…walking in you immediately feel uncomfortable being stared at by patrons “regulars” then, from the other end of the bar, the bartender says “order for take out”, gosh, am I that obvious. The food, yes it was hot but oh my gosh grease logged….I used 3 paper towels soaking up oil from our potatoes, and I really got that old oil taste from everything?? I was trying to order food. Waited about 20 minutes, just to be ignored and a group of people came in after us. They took there order and continued to ignored my party. The woman working seem to be racist by ignoring my party even after calling her over.

The owner is a respectful person, really bad the people working for him don't know customer service.

Just the other day we came in and one of my friends paid with a $100 bill and the guy decided to tip himself $10. After my friend told him about the issue, the guy simply turned around and walked away.
