I was extremely excited to try their pizza when I heard they were coming to town. We finally were able to stop in last week. We asked if we could get a pizza without onions and the guy at the counter looked quite confused then asked the owners if "that is possible".
I was a little shocked with how small the pizza was and the lack of ingredients on it. The prosciutto was on top of the cheese, but there was nothing holding it on so every time we took a slice or a bite from a slice, the meat feel right off. We were not impressed with the lack of sauces as well.
It was not a bad pizza, but 100% not an $18 pizza. The prices are definitely high. For a soda, a beer, and a pizza plus a tip, it was $45... and we weren't...

Justin, the owner, was very friendly and took a few minutes to explain to me how they use the highest quality of ingredients here, and he even sources them from Europe when necessary to get only The BEST. That care in what goes into the pizzas is evident when eating it, as this is truly a quality pizza above almost anything one can find in the United States. Everybody loves a good burrito filled with lots of good stuff, and we absolutely love a supreme pizza, but take 3 or 4 ingredients and make it amazing is an art.
