Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tyler

Popped in the Dominoes on Troup Highway after a long day of work to get dinner for my daughter. We ordered the Pasta Primavera. When I walked into the restaurant a man was singing some inappropriate country song so loudly that everyone in the restaurant could hear. I was greeted by some friendly staff and I made the comment "WOW" do you guys put up with this singing all day? In an effort not to get anyone in trouble, I will say that they were less than entertained. I placed my order and a person who I now know to be the GM helped me. When the order was complete, I checked it. I asked for a small side of cheese (because the order was severely lacking). The GM was rude and impersonal. He told me that it was against his policy to add extra cheese. I said wow, really. I asked to speak with the manager, and he informed me at that time that he was the GM and that it was against policy to give me a side of cheese. I explained to him that my order was not satisfactory. He then repeated his position and refused to listen. Okay...Really?? I then told him maybe the good people on social media would listen, and his reply was, "Go right ahead" Not only was "HIS" service poor, the pasta and spinach were under-cooked! The other staff were friendly, however, is this the reputation Dominoes wants to carry-out (pun intended)? My advice to you is don't go to this restaurant -that is if you value good food and...

Terrible experience. Called in carry out order for a large Pineaplle/Canadian Bacon (one single carry out) at 5:41pm. Clerk says it'll be ready in 15 mins, I even repeat it back to confirm. Wife goes in at 6pm to pick up. Clerk says "Its almost ready" and so wife waits, waits some more, and waits even longer while they said "Josh your order is coming up". Other customers come in order, wait and get their food and leave while Wife is still waiting on a single pizza. At 6:38pm she asks about the order and give a response of "it's almost ready". Soooo, then they get a chewing and they're answer was "were putting it in now". No way, we want a refund. Manager was to busy to try to make it right. So I call the manager and was told to leave a name and number and wait for his call. 😡

So now Its 8:40pm and still awaiting a call back......

This store Continuously over promises and under delivers. Terrible experience and piss poor service. Definitely recommend a different location or different chain. District/Regional Manager should implement the 7 P's (Prior Propper Planning Prevents Piss...

I've been going here for years now, and I've always loved eating at this particular place. But unfortunately recently they've been utterly terrible. I called in to save some time, hoping the 30 minutes it would take me to get there would be MORE than enough for the 20 minutes they estimated to me. I get there and the clerk tells me they never got my order. I was a bit miffed to say the least. But I decided to reorder and go down the road to run an errand to give them time to try again. I come back to find another customer chewing the cashier out due to the fact that they had (once again) not gotten someone's order ready, despite being called in and spoken to. I had to wait ANOTHER 10 mins for my pizza, only to find out they HAD gotten my order, but made the wrong thing. I was too tired to mess with them anymore and took my pizza and left. You could tell they were messing around and not doing their jobs, and though I appreciated their "discount" to make up for it, it doesn't excuse terrible service. I'm afraid they've lost my family as customers, since we don't plan on going...
