Tinos tacos — Restaurant in Tyler

I went with my mother earlier today around 12:15 and they told us they were low on chicken so it would be a minute. Which is weird for a restaurant to do that during vital lunch hours. That’s where most restaurants make their money. I've worked in food for years and never gave such poor service. We were asked to pull forward for the car behind us so they could get their order in. That person while being there for what seemed like maybe 10 minutes received their food. We circled around to see if they possibly forgot about us. Nobody came to the window. Matter of fact the woman was standing there with her back to us. I have never had to wait half an hour if not a full hour for tacos. We then decide to leave because we had to go back to work. We called asking if they could give us a refund since we had to wait so long and didn't even receive our food. The woman then asks if we can come back so she can refund the money for our order. She says we had multiple orders inside. We sat there for almost an hour seeing nobody coming in the restaurant. Also, one of the workers who took our order ran across the parking lot to the donut shop. So that leads me to believe that wasn't true. Overall bad experience and I didn't even get to try your food. Very disappointed. I will likely never come here again based on the poor service...

Made my order at the drive-thru, this was at 4:30pm, gave way for the driver behind me as requested by the staff. 2-3 cars came after me and they both got served and left me waiting for my food. At 5:20 i could not wait anymore so i walked inside to find out why the long wait. When i asked the staff he claimed that they run-out off tortia's....i asked him why he never informed us instead of just letting us wait while we see other customers being attended to, with his rude self he said, "y'all can call in your order." I told him that is not a valid excuse since they have a drive thru and it courteous to inform us the reason for the wait. I had just ordered some tacos and Quesadilla, i know this is not a fast-food place but im damn sure it don't take 50 minutes to prepare tacos!!!! The slowest service ever and I'm done with this...

So I was excited to try this place, it’s been on the to go to list since it’s open but I always hear it’s a long wait so I hit them up early Saturday morning..... I asked the girl what was popular and she advised me of the Quesbirra and tacos so I got the QuesaBirra and I was super disappointed. I could tell by the smell of the box I wasn’t going to like it, and once I tasted it it confirmed my sense of smell. It had a particular taste and smell and it did not agree with me. For 11 I expected atleast two tortillas and It’s only one folded over cut into 3 slices, definitely not worth the price so I wasted money and I most likely...
