Just moved to Tyler from Austin so we've been trying all sorts of new restaurants, this restaurant however has been the most disappointing of them all. We ordered 4 meals, 5 egg rolls (if thats what you want to call them) and an order of sugar biscuits to go. Every meal was over flowing with rice and had little to no meat or vegetables but plenty sause. The rice was way over salted but the sause had almost zero flavor, one of the orders was called Broccoli and you pick the meat so we chose chicken, there was literally 4 pices of broccoli FOUR! How do you have a plate called broccoli yet only have 4 pices and the chicken was hardly there. It was more like a soup with pices of chicken and some broccoli as a garnish with two heaping piles of rice. It was the same for the other 3 plates we got as well. The egg rolls were disgusting and filled with some sort of corn meal or something, I couldn't figure out what exactly was in those but they tasted like raw a hush puppy or cornbread mix. The only good thing I can say about this whole experience was the sugar biscuits, they weren't over cooked, they were fluffy and had just the right amount of sugar. Overall I would give ZERO stars, I felt completely ripped off and felt as though I just spent 50 dollars on a ton of rice that wasn't even edible because of how salty it was. I wouldn't even be willing to give this place a 2nd chance even it were free or if someone was going to pay me to eat there because it was just that bad. I urge you to avoid this place and go somewhere else and if you know of a decent Asian place in this city please let me know because there is no way that this is...

We are currently here for lunch. We ordered the "General Tso" and "Beef and Bell Pepper" meals, in addition to an order of Crab Rangoon. Total cost $31. The General Tso was unlike any I have ever seen. Looked almost black with very little taste. The rice was definitely from last week and the Lo Mein tasted as if they cooked it in bacon grease.

The Beef with Bell Pepper had chicken in it and was also very bland. The crab Rangoon were decent with one exception. The sweet and sour sauce was poured into a cup straight from the refrigerator. When I asked the girl at the counter if she could toss it in the microwave to heat it up, she proceeds to tell me that it is supposed to be cold. I have never had it cold and it is frankly disgusting cold.

She sends it to the cook who puts the sweet and sour sauce in a greasy wok to heat it up. He then put it back in the same container except now it was filled with about 20% grease mixed in.

The girl at the counter constantly mumbles and you can't understand much of what comes out of her mouth. This restaurant obviously does not care about what it serves or how the customer likes their meal. To top it ff, the dining area is very unclean. Tables and floor are very sticky to the touch.

Do yourself a favor, save your money and spend it at any of the other local restaurants where you will not be disappointed in the food or serviceanf you will be appreciated as a customer. We should have taken a hint by the fact that when we were there (at lunch) that there was not a single car in the parking lot. This place is absolutely terrible and should be...

If I could give 0 stars I would , unfortunately Google won’t let me …. When I first moved to Tyler the Peking on 5th was DECENT…. I unfortunately went out to lunch with a friend and we ordered our lunch there today. I only ever get shrimp fried rice and egg rolls at any Asian restaurant, I ordered … my friend had combination lomein and egg foo young .

We got our food brought to us DINING IN, it was served to us in take out To-go platters. I proceed to open and taste my food, the rice was undercooked to the point where it was not even consumable … my friend asked me to try her Lo mein , it was greasy and the amount of salt that was on there was UNBEARABLE! Could’ve made her have a stroke as she has high blood pressure , her egg foo young was a black blob of burned egg , and steak with onions piled high

We called over the guy and asked for our food to be remade he told us no we asked for a refund he told us no again ….

The egg rolls were not egg rolls but a sheet of spring roll wrapper with an unknown filling no cabbage no onion nothing in middle …. We asked the cook to come sample what we had not touched and he told us he would, but then huddled up with his coworkers and started speaking in Spanish I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE !

Because if you don’t want to taste your own food why serve it to others …. HORRIBLE ! What is even the refund policy if...

Always a treat when we come! The staff is always nice and friendly. I always ask for the chicken lo mein spicy with an order of fried dumplings. Literally some of the most amazing food. The dumplings are delicious specifically because they’re chicken and not pork. College students get a student discount! And senior citizens get free soup. Make sure to check out their monthly specials!

Meh food, although it was hot & there was a lot of it. The Lo Mein kinda tasted… off… and it was kinda mushy rather than al dente. The sesame chicken was a little too sweet, and the fried rice just the tiniest tad crunchy and not super flavorful. Service was brusk, although quick. Probably won’t come back again since it was a little overpriced, but it was edible.

Amazing food and generous portions...no way to eat it all so we got lunch tomorrow a s well. Very reasonable price and clean restaurant. Order was ready very quickly. You can din in or drive through or have it delivered. Employees were wearing mask and friendly as well.
