I went to this location for the first time today, and when I got to the window the young lady with red hair working at the window tried to hand me my drink and I said oh I'm sorry I had 3 drinks, because the drink she was trying to hand me didn't look like my order (it looked too dark) and she said "I know but I only have two hands" and I said is that the caramel ribbon crunch and she responded with it says on the sticker on your drink. Very rude! I've never had this bad service at any locations. I ended taking a sip because the sticker said the correct drink and in fact it was a mocha/chocolate or something different, definitely not caramel. My parents love this location, they have been regulars for the longest time. Everyone is always so kind and friendly. However, recently a new hire must have come through. We haven't asked for his name, but he always seems to be in a bad mood. Slams the drive through window, has a sassy tone, doesn't seem genuine at all and just makes it seem like the customers are taking up his time, even though this is his job and what he signed up for. So a couple weeks ago I had put a review about not refunding me since my order wasn’t right 2 days in a row. Alex is an amazing manager with a great memory. He saw me in the store, took care of it, and even acknowledged seeing my review. No one has ever done that. I even offered to go back and change it, he told me it would be nice but to not go out of my way.
