Never again. Ordered online for pick up. I wanted to try the new peanut butter bacon double cheese burger fully loaded with jalapenos. I ordered my wife a double cheese burger with tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo. As well, got my daughter a cherry limeade slushy. Went to pick the order up and was 2 minutes early. Order came right out, yes. I will give them that. Upon getting home - CATASTROPHE. My wife had bacon on her order, no tomatoes or lettuce in sight. Mine had no peanut butter, and nothing as far as any toppings. including the paid extra jalapenos! Just a plain double cheese burger. The slushy my daughter ordered? Flat and very watered down (tasted like one of those hint of flavor waters). The best part? The burgers were stale and had to be heated up. I thought Sonic made things fresh to order? I must be sorely mistaken. And on what they are promoting as a premier burger right now? I might see about a 2nd chance at a different Sonic, but Old Jacksonville Sonic? I guess the breakfasts are what keeps the business going. Two thumbs down...
Read moreI had the worst experience here today. We had been out in the heat all day and just wanted something cold to drink. It took forever for the lady to take our order. Then she repeated it, then told me to hang on because she didn't know how to enter it then they had discontinued the shakes both of my daughters ordered (but they were still on the menu). So we had to start all over and nothing she repeated back was right. We finally got a total for our order. Drove up to the window where s new lady started to confirm my first order, it was wrong. She said oh they didn't charge you for a flavored shake. Let me go fix the price. I finally just told them to forget it. What looked like the manager told me the one girl was fixing it. I told her it didn't matter that was only 1 of 4 and they we're all it be that messed up. We ended up just leaving. We drove over to dairy Queen and had a great experience with wonderful blizzards. If your employees are not trained or can't handle orders, please don't put them at the drive...

She acted lost and confused like she had no idea what was going on, she laughed and scoffed at us multiple times. She interrupted us, insinuated we were lying. Seriously the worst costumer service experience I've ever had. We left without the food we paid for or a refund due to an app error. We were told she had nothing to do with it, she hates the app, not her problem, call the 1800 number. Which we have tried before and does not work. But she also implied we were lying about that. I am seriously so angry about the experience. My 2 year old son witnessed the whole thing while we were at the playground. Will delete the app on my phone and definitely will not go back to this location again. Edit: still no response from customer service, have reached out multiple times. Out 20 bucks it seems but that pales in comparison to the treatment...
