It is sad, because my boyfriend and I love Wingstop. But after yesterday, we will be going to another location of Wingstop. The one on broadway, is horrible. I never write reviews, and never have before but there is never a manager in the store so if this is how I get my point across so be it. We ordered over the phone, and went up there about 6 minutes after the order was placed. I go into the restaurant, there are several people seating looking very unhappy. There were 2 young girls just standing around and talking at the front counter. Then there was one young lady changing the drink machine out. I pay for my food, and I had to remind them for my drinks - no problem but then, they hand me my bag. Immediately, I notice that it’s smaller than I expected our two 8 piece wing meals, would be. I ignored it, and gave three benefit of the doubt. I made my drinks, and walked out of the store. I get home, and see that they only have me one order of 8 piece wings. I went back to the store, most everyone had cleared out besides this one couple still waiting looking angry. I tell them about my order being messed up, and she ask for my receipt and then she tells the cook about the mess up. I’m waiting for my order, and notice that NONE of the kitchen staff are wearing gloves. All employees were just cussing, and laughing with one another. Absolutely, no work ethic. Then, to top it all off the couple came up to the counter and was handed a bag of food that it looked like they had been waiting on. The man said something along the lines of “I don’t know how this place isn’t shut down. I’m sorry man, but there was no f**king reason why my food should’ve taken THAT long.” With that, him and his s/o walked out of the store while the employees proceeded to make snarky comments, laugh at the gentleman, and all come to the front counter to stare at him as he walks to his vehicle. It’s just sad that kids have no work ethic these days, and no respect. I’m sorry if this causes trouble, but this is the TRUTH. Not once, have I seen an adult in that...
Read moreI felt very discriminated here. Ordered via phone and was told 15-20 min. Got to the restaurant and waited for someone to attend me. One cashier was on the phone taking orders and the other cashier was on his cellphone at the front. I waited for him to call me next but he continued to be on his cellphone, even though I already was waiting for a bit and my husband and I were the only ones in line. Another customer walked in and immediately he put his phone aside and called out “next” in line while looking at them. Did he not see us there before? After that, we waited around the 20 min mark time and food wasn’t ready. My husband went to the front to ask over the food and they said it would be a bit. We continued to wait and after another 20 min, he once again walked to the front to ask over our food after we noticed several customers who walked in after us and ordered for dine in got their meals before us. Turns out our food was ready on the side but never once was our name called like everyone else’s (we were especially listening very close.) We opened the bag to check the order and it was messy, rolls were cold, and we were missing fries. At this point it was aggravating given the fact we waited double the time and no apologies were given. My husband went to ask for our missing fries and the cashier told him rudely when the call was made, veggies sticks were said to replace the fries. Never once did we say that, if they record their calls perhaps they can go back and listen. The experience was horrible and we felt picked at from the beginning. I would not recommend coming to this...
Read moreDidn’t get the food we arrived around 8:50pm ordered our food. Just to give you an insight on how long it took. My son took his hair down. My youngest used the restroom. And we spilled a drink cleaned it up and was still waiting. Around 9:20 my other son called for me to pick him up from work so now we are looking at 30 mins. While asking the employee (the guy from the army) To change our food to go instead of dine in he said I could sit it the car with my family he would bring it out. I agreed and thanked him. Then as I exited another customer picking up food I voiced before I left outside that he parked to close to me I couldn’t get in my car. I waited for him to come. He never came out so I returned in the store and rudely asked the man to move his car. In doing that the girl with the Jimenez tattoo on her arm came to the defense of the other customer and I told her she needs to be more concerned about me waiting on my food for 40 minutes instead of what I’m saying to someone that parked to close to me. From there she continued to argue with me didn’t want me to get my food and gave me a refund. And yes I had words...
