Pretty annoyed. There seems to be issues more often than not. Either getting the wrong burger, getting items on it we asked not to have, wanting to add chilies and them not. Probably 50/50 on getting the order right. But there's always at least the right amount of food there, so we fix accordingly ourselves at home and eat it. Last visit, last weekend, they gave us our tie burgers and 2 drinks.. got home and noticed our two fries were missing. We live in redwood valley so we arent just right next door. We wanted what we paid for so my husband goes back. Bless him, he can be oblivious to things. Somehow, even though we ordered meal, they had one fry on our receipt so they somehow completely missed a fry. (And all we had adjusted was no onions on one burger, so we weren't drastic with our order) husband gets there and realizes they only rung up one fry, that we didnt get, so he explains to them about having to drive back into town for not getting his whole order and even though he ordered meals and it was repeated back to him at placing his order he didnt have his second fry on thereceipt. so they ring him up for another and he comes home with the two we ordered. Ok, I get it. It's not like I feel "entitled" to a hand out, but i have seen them give customers coupons for mistakes and missing food before. If you're going to treat some people you got the order wrong to a certain way, do it for everyone. Could have easily gave us the one fry THEY left out of our order somehow for free, or a voucher for next time (even a buy one get one so it's not just something flat out free). It's just annoying that they can send someone on their way without all their food.. then they have to take the time and gas to travel back and not even an apology or any sort of anything other than just agreeing "oh ya she didnt add the other fry to your order" .. ok, cool, agree with that but you still left one out period. Just annoying when establishments dont take ownership of their mistskes, or even a simple "I'm sorry".. probably what makes me most annoyed was no (even fake just for the sake of it) "I'm sorry for the...
Read moreI stop by this In-n-Out every time I drive threw eukiah (which is maybe every 2 months) and its always great. The staff is always very friendly, the order is always correct even when i have a full car and a big order, and the food is always super good in quality and taste. They are quick too. So far I'v never had to wait in a super long line like in the bay area or Eureka (probably because its a smaller town). They have a big parking lot for themselves and another big parking lot behind them for the shopping center so there's always good parking weather it b to eat in the car or just for the sake of finding close parking. They have a good amount of tables outside which is nice too. Its in a good locations surrounded by other places to eat (if not everyone wants In-n-Out), gas stations, convenience stores, shopping centers and right off the highway, like the freeway exit and entrance are literally right next to it so if you're driving by and want a quick bite you don't have to drive threw town and go out of you're way. Its always clean inside and outside. Prices are great (just like all In-n-Out restaurants) and all ingredients are fresh! This is probably my favorite...
Read moreThis was my wife's first time in an In-N-Out and most likely her last. The staff were very pleasant and courteous. When we got our order, the fries were cold. She asked for no tomato or onion yet her burger was loaded. Normally this isn't a big deal but the order was only 2 burgers so I can't see how there was a mix up. My burger (a double double) had two slices of tomato and a whole cross section of onion. A bit much, honestly but not a big deal they can get pulled off no problem. Every trash can on site was full, and I'm not exaggerating. EVERY ONE OF THEM. There was trash on the floor, and the tables were dirty, to include the table next to us with BLOOD ON IT, THE FLOOR AND THE WALL! Yeah that's not ketchup you're seeing there, after many years as a mechanic I know blood on the floor when I see it. I'm super sad about this because I remember these places being clean and the food being much better than last night. We're from out of state and it's been 8 years since I've had a burger here and had big dreams of it knocking her socks off like it did me the first time I had it. Oh well. Nothing lasts forever. Also didn't have my...
