Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Union Gap

I love the food here, but after todays experience and others, I can not leave a good review for this location. On more than one occasion, I have called in an order to be ready at a set time, and there has been an issue at pickup.

Today 10/5/23 I called in nearly 3 hours in advance and ordered 2 pizzas to be picked ready for pickup at 6:15. I did this, so when my wife arrived to get it after work, it would be ready. When she arrived at 6:15, they told her it was just going in the oven, and it would be 45 minutes.

This Costco is literally on the furthest side of town from where we live, and we have kids that need to eat dinner so they can go to bed at a reasonable...

I ordered 5 pizzas to go for 12:15 PM pickup as we were having a large family gathering at 1:00 PM. I arrived and the lady behind the counter asked "didn't he call you?" I said no, why would he call me? She informed me he was supposed to call you because the pizza oven was down. Drove 50 miles roundtrip for nothing with a house full of hungry guests! I have to say I'm pretty disappointed I ordered food and a pizza. And yes pizza takes longer but when people that ordered after me are getting g their pizzas before me very frustrating. And when I finally got my pizza it's not even cut. Needless to say I will never buy a pizza from here again. Let alone...
