Updating my review to reflect my experience this morning. Placed an order thru the app to pick up in the parking spot. I had my two pups with me, so I wasn't able to go inside. I had a simple order - I wanted to try the caramel macchiato, and had a half off deal in my app. I also added a cookie 3 pack. A few minutes later, I see the worker bring my order out, and I notice it's only the cookies. And starts telling me as she's walking up "I cannot make you a macchiato, our machine is down." She starts walking away, but tells me she can make me a frappe instead. I'm still processing what she said, so I ask her if the frappe is anything like the macchiato? She genuinely sounded annoyed with me, says "No! They both have caramel drizzle, that's about it." And keeps walking away. I actually had to call after her to confirm she was making one for me, even though I wasn't really interested in it.i think she'd planned on making it regardless. She came back to my vehicle a minute later, and shoved the drink in my car. She actually told me "next time just come inside, I'm short staffed. I'm the only person here right now!" Honestly, how is that my fault or my problem? I do believe it's the customer's right as to how they want to place their order. Completely unnecessary that she take her frustration out on me. Contact your supervisor if you're upset that you're understaffed. My business is what literally keeps you in business. Okay, not just me, but I'm a tiny percentage. I matter. * This is a diff review now* I always do the mobile order, and pick it up through the drive-thru. My last three experiences have been bad. First, I went to use my points for a free frappe. I decided to get a hashbrown as well. When I got home, the bag only had my straw and napkins, no hashbrown. The second time, I purchased a Happy Meal. It was missing the toy. No big deal to me, but, try explaining that to an excited child. The most recent time was during the "squishmallow frenzy". Placed a mobile order for 4 Happy Meals, and when I got there they told me they were out of squishmallows. Was told I'd have to come back for them a different day. Read moreWent through the drive thru asked for steak, egg and cheese bagel the guy taking the order was total out if it this day. Repeated everything incorrectly finally when to pay and the lady there was confused not for my end but the guy taking the order. Then I received the order. Then pulled up to a parking space when I looked at my sandwich ( forgot to write that I asked for no sauce and no butter on the sandwich) sauce was inside on top and on the bottom butter also. Walked in to address the issue they looked upset like it’s my fault. Took the sandwich before getting in the car a looked at it more carefully and come to find out they did not add cheese. Went back and I got that what know look. After adding the cheese I got in the car and went to work which is 3 minutes away. The sandwich was cooled and so was the hash brown. I throw it out. Then, when we asked if we could get another coke at the pickup window, we were told we had to drive thru again. I went in to get the fish filet corrected and was told sorry, but then explained plain on that order would have cheese. I told him it was ordered no cheese or sauce, not plain. Another what appeared to be a Manger said they were waiting on a fresh filet as I watched several orders go out while rhe rest of my food was getting cold and.she said that their orders were placed before mine.
