Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Union Township

Two years ago I came to this Dairy Queen and my blizzard was soupie the burger was cold. I decided to give it a second chance today and (Oh, dear sweet Lord baby Jesus) I waited for 15 minutes nobody helped me the girl looked at me twice in the 15 minutes I was there and walked away twice. A man was there before me he said he hasn't been help. I walk out and the girl started to walk to the front as if she was going to help me. Went through the drive thru and I was asking to wait twice a total wait of 6 minutes in till a second young lady came on and asked if she can help. She was quick to take my order. She got my blizzard perfect and my drink. But once again my burgers where bad. The pickles where everywhere and there was no ketchup. On the other burger the didn't add the tomatoe. The young skinny girl in drive thru was nice. Maybe to forward of me to say but Dairy Queen needs to (( GET RID OF THE BAD EMPLOYEES)) and hire more people like that young skinny girl. My girlfriend and I stopped in Sunday afternoon about 6:00. The store was busy so I understand that but : The girl didn't know how to order my moolate. The wait was EXTREMELY long to get food. The boy bringing the food out from back didn't know what order was what. So people was having to look inside bags to see if it was their order or not. Another boy just stood around and did nothing. I finally got my 2 hotdogs without the sauce and onions that was supposed to be on them. The dogs were cold. Everyone around us also were not getting the proper orders. I never did get my moolate. Plus many other things that I don't have time to type.

THAT'S WHY I THREW THE 2 DOGS ON THE FLOOR AT COUNTER. WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN...

Wasn’t such a bad place to go 8-10years ago but now, you’re better off going to the Huntington one. How does an ice cream place’s not have chocolate ice cream! JUST ADD CHOCOLATE SYRUP. They also had a major incident with roaches 3-4years ago that has quite frankly kept me from here since. With that said, I called 4 days ago asking if they had their new s’mores blizzard and they said “yes we do”. I went in about 2 days later (yesterday) and the lady said they don’t start until next month. Best part about this? We then went to Huntington DQ about 5 min across the bridge… they indeed had the s'mores blizzard. This DQ specifically has to be by far the worst I’ve ever been to. 0/10 JUST GO...
