Biggby Coffee — Restaurant in Proctorville

Drinks were perfect but me and my friend got the waffle sandwich today and both of ours were still frozen cold- the waffles themselves of the sandwich were nearly too hot to hold yet the sausage and egg was still frozen that were like two bites in. Seems like the process of heating them up is just nuking the outside super high heat super fast but never heating the center. Maybe lower the temp and cooking longer might help warm all of the inside. I had waited to try Biggby because I was so scared I would hate it. In a great twist, it was amazing! I actually like it so much better than Dunkin or Starbucks. I think you get a better value here as well. The sweet cream cold foam is sooooo good. The coffee itself is very rich and full. I like the contrast between the sweet cold foam and the rich coffee. Typically flavored coffee drinks anywhere else are overly sweet and I find myself highly customizing them in order to like them. I didn't have to do that with Biggby. This place has made everyone I know sick, throwing up and having diarrhea, constant and consistent nausea, and the energy drinks seem completely unsafe, energy drinks should not make you feel extremely jittery and sick, and the prices they charge are insane for the sickness they provide, not to mention they’re coffee tastes like dirt, I’ve heard so many people say that they could make better coffee at home and I believe it, as nice as it is to have a coffee shop close to home, this is not what I had in mind whatsoever, I hope they make changes to make this a...
