Walk in and nobody in restaurant to eat so I go to restroom and my fiancé goes to order. When I come out of restroom approx 5-7 minutes later she is trying to order on kiosk because nobody will take our order. I wanted to leave and go else where and manager heard me and asked an employee to stop cleaning and go take our order. She had already got most of it in but without the personal requests I have for chicken. So a guy comes in 10 minutes after us and gets his food 2-3 minutes before us. Then food was wrong and had to go back and order through the cashier which we tried to do 15-20 minutes before but couldn’t because manager had him cleaning. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to the HUNTINGTON location or 15 to Chesapeake because this location is horrid and regularly displays pathetic customer service. You might occasionally interact with an employee that doesn’t loath being there, but it’s not likely. If you’re hungry and in a hurry, this might do the trick. Just don’t have your heart set on a specific food. I blame the corporation and “management”. Let’s be honest, most of them couldn’t manage their way out of a paper bag. Read moreTaco Bell when a customer ask for sour cream on an item, most that I know would like it in every bite not just one big blob on one end of a burrito, taco. We love the convenience of this Taco Bell and have for the most part had great experiences here. We understand the rush sometimes but the quality of your food going out that window is what pays the bills for your employees and Taco Bell. In my opinion that’s where my management teams focus would be and that would be the number one goal, is quality food not the quantity of cars through the drive thru in a certain amount of time.
