McDonald's — Restaurant in Union Township

10/03/2022 Absolutely horrible. Went thru drive thru at dinner time, 5:50pm. Ordered dbl chsbrgr meal, medium size. Girl at food window did not greet me nor say anything at all handed me my drink. Few MINUTES later window opens, her arm reaches my bag to me, as I'm saying thank you, the window was already closed and she walked away. I pull out, start down the road, my sandwich was old, cold, ketchup and mustard all over the ENTIRE sandwich, cheese wasn't melted, was no onions OR pickles on it, and the bun was burned. Fries were cold. I immediately go back. I pull up to food window, its half open, a different girl was standing there. She looked at me and then walked out of view. 5 minutes later, the first girl comes to the window, i have the sandwich in my hand open, asking her whats wrong with this sandwich? She looked and said, "uhhhhh", i asked her whats missing off of it? Took her a moment and as i said pickles and onions she said, "everything". I also told her the sandwich was cold and nasty. She didnt say anything other than sorry as she took my sanswich back to replace it. I didn't bother saying anything about the fries, because by the time someone came to the window when i pulled back up, i jad most of them ate, and was in a hurry and hungry. The 'New' sandwich was just as cold but slightly fresher. I di9have time to turn around and waste as i was on a time schedule with a very long drive ahead of me. Food was terrible period on this day. It was dinner time, peak hours. None of the food should have been old or cold!!! The girl that took my money, was very polite...

This is by far the worst experience I have had. I waited nearly 20 minutes for a single sandwich because of the "kids" running the drive thru and the shotty management on Thursday afternoon 04/27. It took more than 10 minutes to place my order at the window....not because they were busy but because no one would answer the speaker.... this had motorist shrugging our shoulders almost as an apology toward one another.... by the way.... there was only two cars in line. We got to the pay window and associate seemed fo be in training.... okay, wait excused for that. However, we sat and waited another 15 to 20 minutes while watching a man stick most of his body outside the pick up window to chat with the young woman in front of us. This seemed to last forever before they were asked to pull to the "extra" window. Once they did with their bag of food already in hand, I pulled up to pick up a single big mac. I sat there for what seemed like a very long time for a single sandwich. Only to watch them go outside, get a sandwich from the car in front of me, bring it back inside, place it in a new bag and prepare to hand it back out the window. When I questioned it and told them I didn't want that one due to it already being in someone else's possession. I was met with an attitude and questioned. I finally received a new sandwich but I refused to eat it knowing what other great "service" they might have done to it. Stop in Hebron, drive to Heath, even take a little time and take a scenic route and go to pataskala....but stay away from...

I came in the store at 6 pm on Saturday April 12th, to drop off some things for my kid, came to the quick conclusion that I was starving and decided to order something . Ordered off the kiosk and the Manager on Front Counter was Kelly. I ordered on the app, there was 1 customer waiting on his order to be remade, 2 customers waiting on their food and 2 people in the Drive-Thru. Somebody please explain to me why it took less than a minute for me to order two Triple Cheeseburgers and a Large Caramel McCafe Frappe from the Kiosk but 24 minutes later I still hadn’t paid for my food. Somebody please explain to me why the Shift Manager for a Fast Food restaurant can’t handle getting the food out in 90 seconds as is McDonalds policy. Somebody please explain why the Shift Manager on duty couldn’t look us in the eyes as we stood there hungrily waiting to trade cash for our sustenance. This is a Manager? I got better service from the kid in the window who came up and tried their best to find our order but ultimately could not. Someone please explain why I tried to give money to this establishment and ended up waking out the door because a 25 minute wait just to pay for your food in a restaurant that had a lobby you could comfortably say was empty.
