Taco Bell — Restaurant in Union Township

I went to Taco Bell at 10800 Hebron road buckeye lake Ohio. I was served wrong food. Unbeknownst to me. *I ordered a cheesey steak burrito and a loaded nacho. The burrito should have - Steak, cheese, sour cream, chipotle ranch. The steak burrito was made entirely wrong. It was made with steak, lettuce tomatoes and onions. (NOT per my request.) I went to have it replaced and the guy yelled. NO, HELL NO ABSOLUTELY NOT! She ate that food. (I took one bite to find out it was made entirely wrong and drove it back to be remade.) I have pics and videos of the food. He refused to make my food and called the cops on me because I said I'd stay there until he decided to remake it. As I'm waiting for the cops, I said "ya know what, just give me the food I paid for" they refused to give me my food. The cops had to make them give it back to me. The cops agree it should have been remade it was wrong. Unfortunately they can't make them. I have pictures of the ONE bite I took and if my soggy nachos I have videos. I didn't get the guys name. He has glasses, long hair nasty teeth tall and skinny. The manager of the stores name is sherry. Unfortunately Sherry was not there. I don't know her personally but I have seen her a lot as I door dash and she and I conversate. I'm hoping Sherry will do...

This place is extremely slow! And the 3 times we've been here they have messed up our very basic order. Crunchy tacos with meat and cheese only. First time they gave us the tacos with everything including sour cream and tomatoes. The second time they gave us soft tacos. And the 3rd (was tonight) time they gave us tacos with just meat and lettuce. WHERE IS THE CHEESE?! Who doesn't want cheese on there tacos?! Tried calling them because I was already on 70 eastbound and couldn't get them to answer the phone. And I would've had to drive to the exit for st rt 13 to turnaround and go back and they would've been closed by the time I got there. This was tonight 9-27-2021. So I pretty much wasted my time and money there on dinner. And you seriously should be ashamed! People work hard for their money. Will they make this right?! Probably not! Will they respond to this review...

We ordered two boxes (the chalupa box with chicken instead of beef, and a chicken sandwich taco box), as well as a few other items. The other items we ordered were correct, which is why I’ll give the one star that I am. They gave us instead of the chalupa box, another chicken sandwich taco box. Both of the chicken sandwich tacos we received were very sloppily made, and were also burnt. So we pulled back through to drive through to get the order corrected. We waited for a while, as they were busy and I know very well how understaffed everywhere is right now. We told her we’d received a couple wrong items and the manager, who was the one who took our order in the beginning, tried to argue with us. She ended up hollering back to the cook that she needed a chalupa and the cook cussed back at her and was very rude.

Definitely will not be going back to the Buckeye...
