9/15/22 I visited the empty store at 4pm. I understand the associates were busy washing dishes in the back but I waited a couple minutes before being noticed (No problem). The Assistant Manager walks out and states they were busy in the back (No problem). I responded with "That's ok I'm not here causing any problems" and the lady instantly disliked what I said. After a long fatigue filled day, the last thing I want is problems.. and every time I come to this Subway or the Hebron Subway, I just have problems. First, I never dine-in but have been charged for dine in (with tax) several times. Second, I noticed the price shot up AND some franchises are taking away meat from their subs!!
So this lady makes my Philly. I had to order for my fiance who was at home working and hungry.. and she wrote me "Italian on Italian". After I tell the associate that I need an Italian, I was met with a slightly unconcealed attitude. I ignored it, but paid attention. The lady puts the 12" and 6" into the oven.. sets it to the 6" timer and barely "toasts" the subs. The lady makes MY sub all fast and pushes it aside.. doesn't ask me what I want on it, just skips to the Italian sub. Again, ignored it but paid attention. I gave her the list of toppings as written to me and then asked for spinach on my Philly (Yea, trying to eat healthier here don't judge).
The other associate was at the register now. Total $17 and change. Here's when I said something.. I asked if I was being charged for the Philly or the Steak and Cheese. When this lady made the sub it looked like she did a regular amount of provolone cheese because they're halves, there were 4 halves on there and I couldn't see if they were doubled or not. Because I asked about the price and the product I was met with utter hostility.. she went off telling her associate that I was absolutely rude from the beginning and I did this all throughout her interaction with me.. I asked if she was the manager and she told me she was the assistant manager. She told me I need to go and threatened to call the police.. I turned and looked at the only other person in the store, the man in the wheelchair, like is she being serious? I paid and I left without saying anything.
When I got home minutes later I opened my sub.. and hardly any steak, barely any toppings.. this is customer service? I won't make the mistake of visiting here anymore, no wonder why your store is always dead...
Read moreWorst experience with subway yet. I usually order in my town but mine was out of 3 of the 4 subs I was ordering so I had to order here, 15 minutes away. I ordered online and 1 of the 3 subs were wrong, they used flatbread on my sub instead of Italian her and cheese. How the hell do you mess that up if the 2 don’t even sound or look remotely the same? They weren’t out of the Italian herb and cheese either I saw all of it in the bread box and they were making orders with it while I was there. I still ate mine bc I don’t waste food but that was the most dry and crappy “sub” I’ve ever had.
I couldn’t even take my sub back to get it fixed bc soon as I got home the store was closed.
Lady working had an attitude too when I was just politely standing out of the way bc they were still workin on 2 of my subs as well as someone who ordered there but soon as he left she had a bad attitude. Never coming back to...
Read moreThey make it so difficult for you to order for a crowd. I called the store to order eight sandwiches and was told they don’t take orders you have to order online. Go online it will only let me order six sandwiches. No where on there did it give me an option for condiments so in comments I asked them to add condiments and cut them into smaller sections. They were out of some of the meat and when I went to pick the sandwiches up I asked for condiments and I was told I should’ve done that online. That’s cute because online did not give me an option for condiments. It says add extras but it was not condiments. They were not very willing to help out either.
