Potter's Grill — Restaurant in Uniontown

I live in the area I've been to Potters many times primarily because my friends invite me there not because its my first choice. My issues with this place are pretty simple: The portion of food for the price you pay is little, to say the least. And I don't even have a big appetite to begin with I weigh 174 lbs. The server woman at the bar speak so loudly almost everyone in the restaurant can hear her speak, its ridiculous, and this is a recurring thing, not a one off occurrence, it makes having conversations with your friends difficult, and is distracting, perhaps teaching the bar servers to use their inside voices is necessary. On multiple occasions, I've had servers fail to ask how my table wants our checks, they don't ask "separate or together" they'll just show up and blindside you with a full together check, very strange to make such an assumption, and if you don't explicitly ask for it, they wont bother to ask you. The restroom here is a single person restroom, there is no way to tell if someone is inside it other than to knock, its 2024, update your restaurant and buy a door with a slider on it which states occupied or empty; would be a great convenience to many customers, it is inconsiderate that Potters has never done this in all their years of operation, let alone gotten a bathroom that can serve more than 1 person at a time in a restaurant that holds 50 people at a time, and also is used...

Went to potter’s with relatives and ordered A hotdog fries and a drink that was included and a salad. Had a full discussion with the waitress about the drink that was included with the hot dog and fries meal. We were charged $17. After thinking about it On the way home I called to find out why it was so expensive. I was told that the waitress wrote the hot dog and fries down separately and that’s why it was charged that way. I paid for the hotdog fries and drink all separately plus the salad. The total bill should have been $11.75. The girl on the phone said oh well that’s how it was written down. I asked her if I had to write down my own order next time to keep the problem from happening again and she didn’t have an answer. I then said that I don’t mind paying for my meal however I don’t need to be taken advantage of. She then said, “the next time you come in we’ll take care of you, I’m the manager.” Really? I was appalled that a manager would not apologize right from the beginning and say stop in tomorrow and I’ll adjust the bill and correct the problem of over charging and refund you the difference. “REFUND” is the...

Omg. I LOVE POTTERS!!!! I've been eating there for over 35 years. My youngest son is 34, and I CRAVED their Antipasto salad when I was pregnant with him. It's no wonder he doesn't care for salad to this day!! Their burgers are amazing. They're served on a hoagie roll, so the burgers are long. They are hand made to order. They have a very versatile menu, everything from homemade soups, salads, every possible sandwich you can imagine, sooo many appetizers, hot dogs to chicken strips!!! It's one of my absolute favorite places to eat in the world!!! I've traveled to over half of the 50 states, and eaten in a lot of their local restaurants, and POTTERS is still #1 with me!!!
