KFC — Restaurant in Uniontown

Today, 5-5-2020 I Got food thru the drive thru. They forgot something in my order. I drove back since no one answered the phone when I called. Went back thru drive thru to tell them. Lady said I had to come inside. I didn’t have a mask with me and THAT is the reason why I went back thru drive thru! I went inside and pulled my shirt up over my nose and mouth. She said it would be a few minutes and that I HAD to be parked out front and that I couldn’t be in there without a mask. She spoke in a rude manner. I was very nice about the whole ordeal and don’t feel like i should've been treated that way. I haven’t had an experience like that in a long time, and I will not tolerate it. Not happy with the experience at all. I worked fast food for 16 years and was not mean to anyone, especially when they were kind. I could’ve ranted and raved, but that is not me. This is a very stressful time with Covid for everyone, especially essential workers and I applaud them for their sacrifice and hard work, but do it the right way. Being kind...

Not the first time I've had poor food from this particular location, but tonight really made me fed up.

PROBLEM ONE: I specifically asked for NO ICE in my drink. Not a hard one to mess up, but does happen, this time however it was literally FULL of ice, then got soda added after.

PROBLEM TWO: I asked to have BBQ put in place of gravy on my "famous" bowl. Got told they could GIVE me BBQ to PUT on it, but then failed to even do that right! So not only did they keep the gravy off it like I asked, but they then dropped anything to put on it altogether.

THIRD PROBLEM: I just tried calling to complain about this, and the phone just rang repeatedly until someone hung the phone up.

Why is there still a KFC in Uniontown if NONE OF THE WORKERS EVEN CARE TO DO THEIR JOBS WHILE THEY ARE THERE?

This serious fells like a bunch of children said "Nah, dawg, you wanted BBQ instead of GRAVY? No ice in your cup? ....Lemme fix you right quick!"

Went in line and waited quite a while just to order our food,while waiting the woman working the drive through had quite horrible language not only around her co workers but also to her customers,yelling at them for their speaker being down and acting like the customers knew about this issue and continued to talk horribly about them to her coworkers while the customers were still waiting.we waited about 20 min for our food.the special was chicken popeye so you would expect there to be popeyes ready for customers.I'd understand there to be run outs but there was no one in the store besides us so there should be no excuse.the manager was not concerned at all about this and the last thing we truly just wanted was pepper and of course there was none left who in the world runs out of pepper.The store is clearly not ready to be selling food nor do they know...
