Carasella's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Unity Township

The pizza wasn't this issue, the service was. We tried to call and the phone wouldn't work so we drove to the building, I told them their phone wasn't working and they said "yeah,it does that." And shrugged. So I placed my order, during which the lady at the from repeatedly coughed on her hands. I was told 20-30 minutes. I came back after 30 minutes and stood in the empty lobby for about 10 minutes, someone eventually asked me what I needed and I told them, they said nothing and walked away. 10 more minutes and 2 customers later someone walked over to a bag that had been sitting in the same place the while time and said "oh, did you order this?" I said yes. They have me the 2 pizzas and I asked where the bread sticks were and they said the special didn't come with bread sticks. I told them that the special I ordered was the one I seen on their website and it includes bread sticks, the lady replied "well, that's outdated,we don't keep up on that stuff." I told her that they should look into managing their online website because I was charged the same amount for the special without bread sticks as I was for the one with bread sticks and that I was also counting on that food to feed the family in my car. She said "oh well..." We will never eat...

We are about 40 mins from the Carasellas but we had to run to Latrobe. I asked Facebook what pizza places they recommend and this place was recommended by most. We ordered for pick up and when we got home it was still hot and fresh. We ordered 2 pizzas and Buffalo fries and everything was great! When a neighbor saw my post she was jealous we got pizza so on our trip back to Latrobe in a few days we will be ordering again. The young man who answered the phone and worked the counter was very nice also, can't leave...

Just started ordering pizza from here it's good, but they delivered a burnt one and I had to wait another hour for a fresh one before my family could eat. They answer the phone hello instead of hello this is carasella's pizza very unprofessional. Also long hold times. These people got a good product I grew up in Pittsburgh's little Italy along with being 100% Italian I know good pizza when I taste it. Please a little more professionalism and attention to detail and this place...
