I've wanted to try this place for 2yrs, but my boys were young and picky eaters then. Now, they are both teens. I should've tried it sooner. Lol! Food quality and quantity are worth the price—authentic Thai food with huge portions. One entree will be good enough for two unless you are hungry. I am a picky eater, and the only Thai place I've been to that has the best was in Cali. Well, rest assured, this place beats my favorite spot in Cali.
Pad Thai is on point...full of flavor, and you can add Tofu, Chicken, beef, or pork. Or you can add them all at no extra charge. 🤙🏼
My teens love the teriyaki and honey-glazed chicken. You can't go wrong with either one if you have youngins and picky eaters. Serving sizes are enough for two full-grown adults. Duck is also delicious and juicy...😉
Suppose you are on the fence and don't want to spend much. Try their lunch menu with half the portions, but still get a feel of what they serve. Vietnamese rolls are out of this world. IMO, their fried Vietnamese rolls are better than lumpia and traditional Chinese eggrolls.
(Review edit: 28 Jan) I had to correct the "type" of rolls I mentioned in my original review. They were "Vietnamese Fried Rolls" vs. Egg Rolls. Lol!
Thank you, Stephanie, for the great recommendations. We are hooked 🤪 on ALL the delicious appetizers and entrees.
The staff is prompt and attentive, and the service is fantastic. Stephanie 🥰 is always friendly, knowledgeable of every dish, and makes you feel at home.
I highly recommend dining in and giving this hidden gem a try. It would help if you were hungry or you'd leave with leftovers. 😋 I'm guilty of this every single time. Cheers, and happy...
Read moreIn my opinion, this is the best homemade/"hole in the wall" Chinese food in the area. If you want the more standard style, Shanghai is the place to go, but if you want something really fresh and not so generic (sauces are original and not like a gelatin), this is place to go. Their "side of fried rice" is a must have. The flavor is so amazing, you could just eat it by itself. I've had just about every main dish on the menu, customized w the veggies I like of course, and everything has come out hot, fresh and delicious. Probably the only place I've eaten where I don't pile soy sauce on the plate; just because the flavor is fantastic. Good to note, when you order take out, they give you the good Kikkoman soy sauce packets and not the flavorless packets with the panda on front. Their hot oil is the best combination of heat and flavor, and their tea is always fresh. Their soups don't taste like a box kit, and have hearty ingredients. The portion sizes are large; two people could get a good size portion off one plate. With an appetizer, one plate and an extra side of fried rice, we both walk out stuffed. This place is a staple for us. The staff is always attentive and the place is always clean. There is plenty of parking, and since it neighbors a physical therapy location, there is plenty of up front...
Read moreWhile I appreciate the quality of the food here, I have some concerns about the tipping culture. I've noticed that ordering takeout has become quite pricey, and now there's an additional gratuity included, which feels a bit excessive. It would be helpful if restaurants could reconsider this approach, as it adds to the overall cost for customers.
03/17/2025 I think the level of service I'm receiving with takeout orders compared to dining in is the same. One major issue is that when I order food for takeout, I'm unable to verify the accuracy of my order until I return home. If something is missing or incorrect, my only options are to either call the restaurant or drive back to rectify the situation. This doesn't seem fair, considering that I am paying for a service that should be reliable.
Furthermore, it feels disheartening to see the emphasis placed on customer tipping, especially when it seems to be a way to shift the responsibility of employee compensation onto patrons. Tipping should always remain an optional gesture, not a requirement for adequate service.
Honestly, your response to my previous review suggested that my concerns may not resonate with you or your establishment. As a result of this experience, I have decided I will not be returning to your restaurant...
