I highly recommend this restaurant. Don’t let the prices scare you. I went in hungry, which I think makes me more critical than I normally am. Initial Impression. Nice on Inside. We made our way here because our usual place was closed for vacation. Decoration inside reflective of culture. It’s very nice. Higher quality memory. Menu: very large menu. With some Chinese food as well. First thing that caught my eye were the prices. Wow. This is a $$$ type of Asian restaurant. While most places I see plates $12-14. Here average price is $18 a plate. With appetizers average is $11. I felt this better be great quality and quantity for the price. And it was! It was worth every penny. I had the pad Thai. I barely finished it. The flavor was fresh and very tasty. My wife has the red curry and it was as expected large size with rice. She asked for extra spicy and it did not disappoint her at all. We opted for no appetizer due to price. The service was also above average. Very nice server. Food arrived FAST and hot. About 8 minutes after we ordered. For reference this is my 2nd time here. I had take out once a few years ago. It hadn’t impressed me, but that was years ago, lots of things changed since then.

We returned to Noy's Bristro after a long absence. Covid restrictions has been one of the factors keeping us away. We didn't know what to expect. So few diners on our last visit prior to 2020. When we arrived today after 12:00pm only one table was occupied. Two other tables filled after we arrived. Noy's has excellent reviews and their food is good. Their Menu Item Prices are competitive. So no idea what's keeping customers away, We enjoyed our two meals of Duck & Sampler Seafood rolls The three sauces which came with the Egg Roll Sampler platter was attractive. Hot tea was added to food order. Total bill was $42.00. Upon entering restaurant , Customers are asked seat themselves. One waitress seemed to be doing everything in our dining area - taking orders, serving diners, handling call in requests, bussing, billing, & taking payment. She did not allow being overworked to affect her friendlly disposition or effeciency. It was nevertheless a long wait to get the bill & pay.

Really wanted to like this. We went in to order for to go. The lady at the desk that helped us was super nice. We asked how big the portion sizes since we have large family of 5 eating. She said each portion feeds 2-3 people. We ordered 3 entrees, side of fried rice, spring rolls and crab rangoons. The total before tip was over $90, but we figured we'd have leftovers. When we opened it at home we were very disappointed. Took the pic before we ate any. Very small portion of meat and the veggies were mostly just cabbage. The food was good, not the best, but not the worst. It was very fresh, good ingredients. But not worth the price tag for our family. If you feel like splurging, go for it, if you have a large family looking for some quick Asian food try somewhere else and let me know, we're still looking!

I've wanted to try this place for 2yrs, but my boys were young and picky eaters then. Now, they are both teens. I should've tried it sooner. Lol! Food quality and quantity are worth the price—authentic Thai food with huge portions. One entree will be good enough for two unless you are hungry. I am a picky eater, and the only Thai place I've been to that has the best was in Cali. Well, rest assured, this place beats my favorite spot in Cali.

Pad Thai is on point...full of flavor, and you can add Tofu, Chicken, beef, or pork. Or you can add them all at no extra charge. 🤙🏼

My teens love the teriyaki and honey-glazed chicken. You can't go wrong with either one if you have youngins and picky eaters. Serving sizes are enough for two full-grown adults. Duck is also delicious and juicy...😉

Suppose you are on the fence and don't want to spend much. Try their lunch menu with half the portions, but still get a feel of what they serve. Vietnamese rolls are out of this world. IMO, their fried Vietnamese rolls are better than lumpia and traditional Chinese eggrolls.

(Review edit: 28 Jan) I had to correct the "type" of rolls I mentioned in my original review. They were "Vietnamese Fried Rolls" vs. Egg Rolls. Lol!

Thank you, Stephanie, for the great recommendations. We are hooked 🤪 on ALL the delicious appetizers and entrees.

The staff is prompt and attentive, and the service is fantastic. Stephanie 🥰 is always friendly, knowledgeable of every dish, and makes you feel at home.

I highly recommend dining in and giving this hidden gem a try. It would help if you were hungry or you'd leave with leftovers. 😋 I'm guilty of this every single time. Cheers, and happy...

In my opinion, this is the best homemade/"hole in the wall" Chinese food in the area. If you want the more standard style, Shanghai is the place to go, but if you want something really fresh and not so generic (sauces are original and not like a gelatin), this is place to go. Their "side of fried rice" is a must have. The flavor is so amazing, you could just eat it by itself. I've had just about every main dish on the menu, customized w the veggies I like of course, and everything has come out hot, fresh and delicious. Probably the only place I've eaten where I don't pile soy sauce on the plate; just because the flavor is fantastic. Good to note, when you order take out, they give you the good Kikkoman soy sauce packets and not the flavorless packets with the panda on front. Their hot oil is the best combination of heat and flavor, and their tea is always fresh. Their soups don't taste like a box kit, and have hearty ingredients. The portion sizes are large; two people could get a good size portion off one plate. With an appetizer, one plate and an extra side of fried rice, we both walk out stuffed. This place is a staple for us. The staff is always attentive and the place is always clean. There is plenty of parking, and since it neighbors a physical therapy location, there is plenty of up front...

While I appreciate the quality of the food here, I have some concerns about the tipping culture. I've noticed that ordering takeout has become quite pricey, and now there's an additional gratuity included, which feels a bit excessive. It would be helpful if restaurants could reconsider this approach, as it adds to the overall cost for customers.

03/17/2025 I think the level of service I'm receiving with takeout orders compared to dining in is the same. One major issue is that when I order food for takeout, I'm unable to verify the accuracy of my order until I return home. If something is missing or incorrect, my only options are to either call the restaurant or drive back to rectify the situation. This doesn't seem fair, considering that I am paying for a service that should be reliable.

Furthermore, it feels disheartening to see the emphasis placed on customer tipping, especially when it seems to be a way to shift the responsibility of employee compensation onto patrons. Tipping should always remain an optional gesture, not a requirement for adequate service.

Honestly, your response to my previous review suggested that my concerns may not resonate with you or your establishment. As a result of this experience, I have decided I will not be returning to your restaurant...
