If you're a fan of boba tea and Vietnamese coffee, The Dream Bakery is an absolute must-visit! This charming little shop combines high-quality ingredients with excellent customer service, making it one of the best spots in the area for your boba fix. Soft lighting, cute decor, and comfy seating make it a perfect place to hang out with friends or relax while enjoying your drink. It's trendy but not over-the-top, providing a comfortable vibe that feels like home. Taste The star of the show, of course, is the boba tea itself. The tea bases are brewed fresh every day, and you can really taste the difference. The classic milk tea has the perfect balance of rich, bold tea flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. The brown sugar milk tea is another standout, with perfectly chewy, caramelized boba that has a lovely depth of flavor. It’s not overly sweet, which is a major plus. They offer a wide selection of drinks, including fruity teas, matcha lattes, and creative combos like taro coconut milk tea and mango green. You can adjust the sweetness of your drink (from 0% to 100%).Their freshly made tapioca pearls are the perfect chewy consistency – not too soft, not too firm – and they add the ideal texture to every sip. Service The staff here are incredibly friendly and patient. Their Bánh mi are very...
Read moreTERRIBLE!!!! We entered and began looking at the menu and noticed there were three other customers who had already placed an order and were sitting down waiting. We ask about the ingredients of the coffee drink we were interested in because there was no menu description and placed our orders according to what the worker described. After 20 minutes, we noticed the other people are barely getting their drinks! We were pressed for time so we politely ask for a refund. We were told they do not give refunds. She calls a man on speaker and he (A-Long) tells us they don’t issue refunds because we already had our drinks but we told him they were not made and we didn’t have them and we wanted a refund. He said sorry and hung up. Then we get our drinks and they were FAR from the description the worker gave us and they weren’t even what we bought. We did not drink the drinks and were not given a refund. There’s an extremely frustrating language barrier it seems and I understand but if that’s the case there should be a full menu description for people to read since we can’t understand what the workers are saying. It’s also extremely ugly to not be able to receive a refund and have our time and money wasted. We will NEVER go there and will never recommend it even to our enemies. This Dream Bakery was more of...
Read moreMy overall impression is that the atmosphere was cozy, the customer service needs some improvement, and the drinks were mediocre.
There was a language barrier between the young girl with glasses taking our order. She was nice, and that wasn’t a problem. The issue was the rude woman in the pink jacket that she tried to get assistance from. She sat down behind the counter on her phone and seemed annoyed with my questions about menu items and whether or not they had sugar free syrups or options. She seemed annoyed that I asked anything to be honest, as though I should already know what was in the drinks I asked about.
This was our first visit here. I like how you can select your level of sweetness. I ordered a coconut coffee. I didn’t know it would be iced, but it was good. My daughter ordered a cookie crumble milk tea. She said she has had better and rated it a 5/10. She didn’t even drink half of it.
I love the vibe here, but don’t come here if you are in a rush. It takes about 10 minutes to have...
