7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Universal City

I just moved to SATX from Atlanta. I have been a Starbucks person for more than years. As I was finding a new route to my new job I saw this coffee shop and decided to "try something new". Let me say, it did not disappoint. From the people, to the service, the drink, the vibe....I am thoroughly impressed each time I go (yes, I'm a recurring customer now) My first visit I encountered one of the most heartfelt and genuine smiles that really set the tone for my day. I was attended to by a guy name Gael. His smile is so affectionate that I literally pass by 2 other 7 Brew shops just to come to this one. And whenever he isn't there everyone there is so willing to converse and assist, with smiles. As a manager in the hospitality field, customer service/interaction is very important to me. They really make you feel like part of the team there. And Gael even remembers my name. This was my 2nd time going here the first time the girl recommended the chill blondie came with whip and Carmel drizzle didn’t even ask. And I ask for 1/2 shot of expresso which they did. This go around I got the same thing but it was completely diff it had way too much coffee then what I ask for there was no Carmel drizzle or whipped. And when I ask about it the girl working the side she informed me that it would be extra so my mom ask her well how much would it be then she counter said it’s not extra but u have to inform us. So it’s a little confusing when the first time I came to try y’all didn’t have to ask and came with what picture then my 2nd time trying y’all it was made completely different. And was too strong and the girl just looked at me when I told her it was made too strong as if they put more then 1/2 shot of expresso they wasn’t willing to remake it which was strange considering by first time with y’all they made sure it was on point and was willing to remake it if it wasn’t. This is my now almost my tenth time here in two weeks, it's so good!! Honestly, I have been trying to put my finger on it what is taking the cake about this place for me. Is it the smoothness of the coffee? The just right sweetness but no artificial flavor tastes?
