Disgrace. Ultimate bad experience. We ordered 2 chicken nuggets, 2 french fries, and 2 large dollar Dr. Peppers. I am certain my partner ordered correctly because I am ON HIM about how to order having worked many years in quick-service restaurants. Everything was fine until the second window. It was evening, and this girl at the window goes to hand us two small drinks. Quickly, my partner informed her "We ordered the large drinks." She responds abrasively "You going to pay for them?!" Perplexed, my partner tried to explain, 'we just did!' She tells him, 'you paid for small drinks.' At this point, I spoke up, having DISTINCTLY heard him say two of the $1 large Dr. Peppers at the order board. She looks at me, very militantly and says 'This ain't the order-board, that is back there.' My partner asked in disbelief "you are seriously not going to give them to us.' She said again "You gonna pay for them?!" At this point I interrupted my partner, seeing how she had two other employees behind her now... one, a male, appeared to be a manager, who had taken stance with her equally as militant... and told him don't bother, it is just going to make things worse... we will take it up with corporate.' I have not had the time to call a hotline that no-doubt is very busy as I am. So with this review I will say this: McDonalds... when you hire personnel that BULLIES the customer (well beyond just bad service... I am talking about actual bullying... because that is what occurred, along with THEFT as our receipt showed the large sodas...) trust me when I say - it will be remembered forever!!! Shame on McDonalds as a brand for hiring such mean individuals!!! I do not expect a smile when overworked underpaid folks hand me my order... and I still thank them humbly for their service... (because I have been there...) but THERE IS NO EXCUSE for the bullying that we experienced at your restaurant! NONE!!! 42 years of my life, I have never experienced, from a business, the kind of bullying that occurred at this location. (was like 5 or 6 nights ago, I don't know.) This is not a ploy for a refund or free food (keep it... give it to your BULLIES representing your establishment)... At this point, I hope McDonalds fails entirely so that an organization that would intentionally BE MEAN to the customer will simply disappear. To hell with...
Read moreThe fact that I even have to give them 1 star is too much for this location. Their customer service is 0. I'm not sure how the hiring process works there but I'm a firm believer that there are times that the mentality of the management is reflected in the employees. It seems as though everything time I go there the customer service gets worse and worse. At this location alone, my husband and I had to take food back because they get the orders wrong. You can clearly see what your receipt says and you know they see the same thing. So why is it that we end up with someone else's order or food that you didn't order at all? Is it this generation...I try not to be so hard on them because at least they are working but good lord....what exactly are they learning?
So today, I stopped by this location after school for the kids. The kids order what they wanted and I simply ordered a Blueberry Muffin. Can somebody tell me how you can get a blueberry muffin mixed up with breakfast egg mcmuffin buns? That's right buns not even a sausage or egg. If your going to do it wrong at least give me the whole sandwich...dang!!! My daughter ordered a McFlurry which didn't make it to the window at all. Like seriously, what is going on? It's already bad enough that there was practically no line at the drive through but for some reason I waited to have my order taken. Then when I got to the window, the little dude was just standing there in the window before he moved to take my money. Who is training these kids? I'm willing to bet there is no training at al. It looked like he was learning on the fly. This location is terrible. I'm done. I won't be back!! ...
Read moreI just want to start by saying the woman who works the drive-thru is absolutely amazing but this franchise owner is garbage! I placed the order through the mobile app and quickly realized that I had sent the order to the wrong McDonald's I called them and they assured me that they couldn't give the food out without the code and since I wasn't providing the code because I wasn't going to pick it up the order should cancel and depending should drop off my bank account. The order never canceled and the pending $20 was paid to McDonald's even though no services were rendered because I didn't retrieve the food. I called corporate and explain the situation only to get a phone call from the franchise customer service telling me that the only thing they could do to rectify the situation will send me $20 worth of gift cards because they weren't going to refund me I agreed I waited for those gift cards for 10 business days and when I never received them I called back and spoke with another young lady who assured me that she would send them out since they never arrived, tomorrow will be the 6th business day and I have yet to receive the initial gift cards or the follow-up and they...
