I have been looking forward to eating at this restaurant and am glad it opened this week!
The dining room is modern and we had fun browsing the menu. We ordered the Crossing the Bridge rice noodles for lunch. It is served with fresh made broth. You quickly place all the ingredients and noodles into the bowl to create a noodle soup.
The origin story of this noodle involves a scholar prepping for an examination on a small island in the middle of the lake. He was so focused on studying he would forget to eat. His partner created this dish and delivered it across the bridge to the island. Through this act of love, the scholar was well nourished and eventually crushed the exam.

ย ย ย Read moreThis was honestly the worst restaurant Iโve ever been to. I couldโve just bought a ready-to-eat meal from the supermarket for a fraction of the price โ it wouldโve tasted better too. The food here was overpriced and tasted worse than instant meals.
The restaurant had an unpleasant smell and the service was terrible. One of the staff couldnโt even explain the dishes properly, spoke very poor English, and barely paid any attention to our table. They never asked if we needed more water or if everything was okay. When we finished, no one came to help us pay; we had to walk to the counter ourselves, where they even asked which table we were from.
After we paid, the same staff actually came out to ask if we had paid โ instead of simply checking with the cashier. The only thing she seemed interested in was chatting with her coworkers. Absolutely awful experience. Never...

I tried the beef rice noodle, the spicy cold chicken, and the tomato beef brisket broth. All three dishes looked great and had clean, fresh flavors.
The beef rice noodle had a nice texture and the toppings were really balanced. The spicy cold chicken was tender with a good kick and lots of flavor. The tomato beef brisket soup was comforting and had a really rich, homemade taste.
Service was friendly and everything felt very smooth from start to finish. Definitely a great place to stop by if youโre in the area and want something fresh,...
