i’m going to start off with the star of this review, THE BANH MI ! if you come here to try the boba teas, i highly recommend you to at least order the banh mi as well. it’s crispy, authentic, and it’s well perfectly flavored (not dry at all). today i got the matcha latte with oat milk & egg pudding and my boyfriend got the mango snowy. both are very delish. but next time i will get my matcha latte less sweet. so if you don’t like overly sweet, i would recommend the same for you as a change. the interior is adorably decorated & the staff are so super sweet! they were caring from the time we walked in to when we had to leave. and when one of the girls brought our food out, she went out of her way to throw away our wrappers,, she didn’t have to but oh my what a gem for that! thank you sum tea! we will be back for the drinks & the banh mi...

I ordered winter melon fresh tea with brown sugar boba. The staff told me, the tea itself is already sweet and recommended me to try without sugar. I was not sure that I would enjoy the sugar-free tea. She let me try a small sample to see if I am okay with the sweetness before she poured the tea mix into a cup. That was a very mindful service. Of course, my husband and I love the flavor and the quality of the tea. The price is also friendly. After that, we asked our friend to order jasmine fresh tea with 50% of sugar for us. My friend forgot to tell her the detail. She definitely remade the tea for us. We really appreciate the mindful service we experienced at this tea place. Good luck for your kind business. We will definitely go back...

The atmosphere is amazing, drinks served quick, cute decorations, clean bright ambiance and very friendly service.

As someone with family from Taiwan, I’ve been repeatedly let down by the quality of most American bubble tea shops—so many rely on artificial powders and lack the care that goes into a truly great drink. But this place is different. You can taste the real ingredients: high-quality tea, perfectly cooked boba with that ideal chew, and none of the overly sweet, artificial shortcuts.

It’s rare to find a spot in the U.S. that gets it right, but this one does. If you want an indulgent, authentic Asian drink experience, this...

What a charming little milk tea house run by a very friendly, hardworking family. Lots of Demon Slayer memorabilia to feast the eyes on as well as food worth feasting for, especially the Crab Rangoon, which was one of the most savory ones I've had. It's very rare to find Crab Rangoon that is not on the sweet side, and this definitely satisfied me. I recommend the ginger milk tea with 25% sweetness. Pairs very well with the Rangoon and helps ease an aching stomach after a heavy meal. I can't wait to come back to this place to try everything. Delicious.
