I love every other Nekter location. They’re usually very fresh and delicious with polite and helpful employees. This location is running some kind of scam. They ran my card and then for some reason only charged the tip and then they told me oh it didn’t go through. You need to pay again. So I paid it again, but I made sure not to tip. They were trying to get a double tip from me! I’ve never encountered blatant merchant dishonesty like this. I get that businesses down because of all the construction on Snyder Plaza but that shouldn’t mean that they try to finesse someone for a double tip. Someone not paying attention easily could have ran their card a second time not realizing that they did in fact take the tip out out of the first card swipe. Read moreHad never been to Nekter before and wanted to give them a try. Downloaded the app from the link I received via text to “Claim your Free 16 oz. Juice or Smoothie” and went to the store to pick it up + some açaí bowls. The free juice/smoothie offer wasn’t showing up on the app, so I talked to the associates who then got the manager to help. He told me there was nothing he could do, that you have to wait “6 hours” for the offer to load on the app (???), so I’d have to come back the next day. The associates were very friendly (particularly the red-headed woman, I didn’t catch her name) but horrible customer service from the manager. Very bait-and-switch feeling — like it’s just to get you in the store so you’ll buy something. They got $32 out of me today, but I won’t be back so they lost out on recurring business....

I have been going to this branch for my juice for many months now and I hate the days when the owner is there. An elderly Asian lady who treats the staff like slaves. She is always yelling at them and speaking in a very bad manner. Just witnessed this same behavior again 2 days ago and I decided to write this review.
I know this is a franchise, but I strongly believe Nekter has operating standards that all owners should abide by. If I see her speaking to the staff like this again, I will make it my duty to report her to Nekter...
