CAVA — Restaurant in University Park

I completely understand this location is pick up only but good customer service is still expected. I went to pick up my order on 5/6 and I noticed the avocado on my bowl was brown. They said the shipment of avocados came like that and they are all brown…. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to go to Cava support, which I understood because it is a pick up only location. I asked how long the refund would take and the manager or whoever she was nonchalantly said “I don’t know”. She did not show one ounce of concern, I heard how much she didn’t care in her voice and then gonna try to look at me to see who I was after giving that poor response. “I don’t know” is CRAZY. Girl didn’t give a darn. This location doesn’t have to deal with customers 24/7 so at least have better customer service. I won’t be returning or recommending this location solely based on the response from “the manager” or whoever she was. Her response lets me know how that place is ran. Get...

This Cava location's atmosphere is lively, and it always smells & looks clean. The servers are always ready to welcome you with a smile. There never is a long line to wait; they are usually super quick at making sure you get your order on time. The food is delicious and always fresh tasting. The portion sizes are good. Huge THANK YOU to Malcolm for giving the best customer service to us at every visit. He is always kind and courteous, and he really cares about making sure his customers are happy by going above and beyond. I will continue to support this location, and I highly recommend going to Cava, especially when you want a quick, healthier meal at any time of the day! Absolutely love the night shift crew at Cava Mediterranean!

I stopped by late in the evening expecting the usual “end-of-shift” energy, but the night team completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles, patience, and top-tier service.The staff was still upbeat, attentive, and working with pride.

My bowl was made perfectly, every topping was fresh, and they didn’t rush the process like some late-night places tend to do. You could tell they actually cared about quality and customer experience, even after a long day. The kitchen and front line were spotless too, which says a lot about how this team operates.
