The venue was INCREDIBLY ILL prepared for this event! While the venue was beautiful, comfortable, and the employees were helpful, this event needed professionals and it was clear these were not professionals. Front doors opened and walked right into the merch booth, which then held up the lines trying to get inside. Just a mash of people with no organization! People were still trying to get in the front doors when the opening band went on an hour after doors opened. There is only one small bar downstairs and a temp bar setup upstairs. Two small bars, maybe 8 bartenders total, for over 2300+ people/sold out show! It took an hour to get a bottle of water! The headliner’s music started while people were still in line trying to get drinks! There did not seem to be any organization or direction anywhere! Whoever the event organizers were, they failed.

The Graduating Class of 2024. At some point, a child grows from youth to adult. At some point, those of us who are older come together to celebrate all that symbolizes that passage. At some point, kids are dragged along to witness the ceremony and walk away with things to formulate in their future. Graduation is a big one. But it is not an ending or even a beginning. It's a transition. A change of circumstance. But now the graduate has a trajectory and a swell of support. Each day is new. The horizon is bigger and yet more understandable. The challenges are no longer subtle. Learning continues. Do good out there.

What a great concert venue!! It's intimate but with lots of seating. These pictures were from our seats in section E, row T seat 1. We had a GREAT view! We did have to pay to park which I wasn't thrilled about. But go to park on the north side at the Daniel parking garage. That garage and the lot just with of it didn't have a line to get in whereas the south side of that same lot had a super long line.

I was assaulted by an auditorium employee. I brought my daughter to see the Daniel Tiger play at this auditorium. My husband and daughter got settled into their seats, and I made my way out to the foyer to purchase a tee shirt. As I went back to the door, the employee stopped me and said that I wasn’t allowed back in. I showed her my ticket, stating that I had already been admitted and was just going back to my seat. She said that the show was about to start, and I was no longer able to enter. Seeing that there were lots of other people entering the venue, I placed my hand on the handle to open the door. That’s when the women grabbed me by the arm, and starting yelling I wasn’t allowed in. She held on to me, and wouldn’t let me move. I told her to get her hands off me, and at that moment another employee opened the door from the other side. I pulled my arm away, and and pushed past her to get inside. I quickly made my way back to my husband and told him what happened. At intermission, I spoke with a manager regarding the incident. She immediately started making excuses for the employee, stating she might have been confused. Eventually, she acknowledged that I shouldn’t have been grabbed, or held at the door and apologized. I will never go back to a place where this type of behavior is permitted. It definitely dampened the event...

For our anniversary, i bought my wife tickets to go see Tony Bennett. I took a personal day off from work so we could "make a day" out of it. It unfortunate that our experience was so horrible.

Initially, there was an issue with my tickets. My seats were much further back than what I paid for. However, this was relatively minor and something I could live with, because the venue was beautiful and intimate.

The second and most aggrivating issue was that our complaints were falling on deaf ears. There were other patrons sitting in front of me, in this darkened theater, taking videos, pictures (with flash), and browsing on Facebook...with no regard for others around them. First, we complained to the "offenders". When that didn't work, my wife and I complained to the staff and we were led to believe something would be done. The "offenders" were not even talked to. This completely ruined our "once in a lifetime" experience.

I would not go back to this venue if...
