Hello, I ordered here at this location on 3/12 around 8 pm. I ordered a Double sourdough star and took one bite and noticed it was a single. I checked my receipt to make sure I was charged a double and I was in fact charged for a double. I went back in line immediately to show the gentleman at the window who was nice that I received a single patty burger and he checked my receipt and said it was fine that I can keep the food and I wrapped it up and placed it into my bag. He then came to the window and asked me to give him the burger back before I receive my new burger. That made me feel like someone was trying to call me a Liar or punish me for asking for something that I paid for and I was going to throw it away myself honestly. I was so thrown off because I’ve never been asked to give back food especially that I had already taken a bite of already. I work in the food industry and I know that you’re not supposed to ask for food back from someone especially if it's been bitten and been in someone's car and bring it back into a kitchen. I asked the young man who wanted it back? and he told me the lady in the back wanted it back from me so I asked him to bring her to the window so that I could speak to her. She came up to the window with no name tag which is why I don’t know her name and I asked her why she asked for the food back and she replied to throw it in the waste. I watched him bring her the burger and continue working. She would be fired! When she came to the window I let her know that it was illegal, frowned upon, and rude to ask for food that is already bitten back into the kitchen. All she said was “OK I’ll let carl’s jr know”. I'm thinking LET WHO KNOW??? Corporate does not want you treat customer like that and practice a risk of cross contamination during a time when Covid is still going around. I am not happy with my service here tonight at all and feel unsafe to go back to Carl’s jr where they put other people's health at risk!!! I will be reaching out to corporate about this. My appetite is gone. I know this Review is dramatic but she was dramatic so what’s...
Read moreI've come to this location quite a bit at every time of day (not all in one day). I always get great service. Getting a quick breakfast before teaching 9th and then 12th graders was always enjoyable. The employees were kind and the food was good.
There manager (Lita I believe) was accommodating when an error was made and let me talk about my distaste for chocolate shakes. Very patient, which is greatly appreciated. I may be only ~25, but I just ramble on anywhere I go.
There's also a man who works very quickly (very noticeable) that I see sometimes. He's nice and makes you feel certain that my food and shakes are on the way.
I don't have bad experiences here, the quality is what I expect and I always appreciate everyone's effort and kindness.
And as always, I recommend the app, this location, and leaving a review. I always forget, so hopefully this sheds light on...
Read moreIt's 6:24a and I just ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, French Toast Dips, and a Large Meat patty for my dog. The Biscuit prior to tax is $4.99 AND WAS DEFINITELY NOT' WORTH $1.00. 1st of All it's Sooo Small. 2ndly... the biscuit itself was Very Hard. One bite, had to take it back. Yes, the C/S Rep did take it and is having another made for me. But Thankfully I DECIDED I WANTED A COUPLE BITES B4 I LEFT... (So my dog wouldn't see it & want it) The New Biscuit was a Normal size and Soft and Good. Now why couldn't I have got it the way it should be the 1st time. Ugh. Even though the C/S Rep on Blu tooth call the whole visit... C/S was Still Fine. But bc of I almost left with a nasty miniature Biscuit is Why I give it only...
