This review is specifically for the terrible customer service we received by Amariay A. This is the second time this employee helps us and both times we have had bad experiences with her. When ordering through drive thru she doesnât seem to be paying attention. Last time we finished placing our order and she didnât acknowledge that or told us our total or to proceed forward. We literally waited there a minute wondering if she even heard our order. The second time she said hi and we ordered our order and waited again for a response. Nothing. We could also hear laughing in the background. After waiting she responded by saying are you ready to order? We were confused because we had already told her our order. At the window we asked for 6 ranch and 6 buffalo. She said okay and gave us our order. I UNDERSTAND that 6 ranch is A LOT (my boyfriend asked for more than what we needed). So when we saw 4 for our large fries that was fine. BUT we only got 3 buffalo instead of 6 for our 3 spicy chicken sandwiches. What happen last time: we ordered 4 sandwiches and only got 3 sauces instead of 6. I ended up coming into the store showing them my receipt and got 3 more sauces. So this time we didnât drive off right away after getting our order to see if she gave us the right amount of sauces. This time I ended up asking her for more and she ignored me pretending not to hear me. We waited there until she acknowledged us and I asked again. And asked for 3 more buffalo. She first said she gave us the right amount and I told her she didnât. I asked her for 3 more again and she said no because itâs only 1 sauce per sandwich. I then told her that I understood the policy but what bothered me is that both times she has pretended to give us the âcorrect amountâ and just hopes that we drive off until we notice it at home and notice that we didnât get the right amount. Instead she turns around and starts complaining to her coworkers and shift leader/manager. I complained to the manager and made it clear that I understood their store policy. What BOTHERED me is that Amariay A. instead of letting us know the store policy from the very beginning (when we ask for the sauces), she pretends to give them to us and doesnât tell us anything. No where in the Popeyes menu does it say that itâs limited to 1 sauce per Sandwich. But since the manager was understanding it was fine.    Read moreOn 4-/10 at about 12:02 pm stopped by The Popeyes in Upland (store # 4308 ) to get some of what I think is one of the best chicken & sandwiches I've ever had !; There made consistent -always taste the same ! / No problem there -!! as 4 the food ;the restaurants dining rm. is closed : the drive thru is open . I was able to pull right up & quickly order the food.which is great !! Here's the issue: from what I understand because of the ongoing circumstance s with this virus - the food industry has been instructed to take extra precaution s. Infact : Popeyes has a TV commercial staying & showing their new efforts . At this particular place - I guess they either didn't get the memo & see there own comnercial or just don't take this pademic seriously ?! The person working the window at the time a young male -( Raymond ) had a nice smile ! But didn't have : gloves or a mask & leaned out the window took my C card - barehanded.! He Also handed me all the items back similarly . I looked in the window & also noticed that the other employees / including a women that appeared to be the manager or supervisor / didn't have either items . Face or hands covered . I did see the cook had there hands covered , . .coincidentally just the evening before. The governor stated on. TV that. Coverings were now mandatory. & I'd think that the food industry. Should be moreso cautious . // Not visible in this particular store. / I love there food !!- but because of their visible disconcern for the public.( I will still occasionally pick up some of there great food ) but I will avoid this store !! . Hopefully they see this review - and Do better !! even though at this time what were asked to do ( practice social distancing & cover up - clean all more often ) is tough task to follow - i believe is totally necessary ! Hopefully they' see this review & try harder ! Or at least have the window attendant mimic their commercial & practice some sort of precautions . I. đˇ. Just don't change the.    Read moreIâve downloaded the app to get Popeye chicken deals but it doesnât work with the Popeyes Upland location on the corner of foothill in Benson. This particular location because thereâs no other Popeyes around until you go to a not so nice part of Pomona is extremely busy and is in a small shopping center with odd parking and drive through accessibility. The line is usually an L-shaped and long and stretches out to Benson Avenue which causes a lot of hazards and problems for those trying to get in and out of parking into other stores in the shopping center. I would say out of the 10 times I have visited this location? Seven of them have been incorrect but I always give the benefit of the doubt but Iâm really thinking about not going to them at all. You have to ask for everything and I should know better but I instead trust that they will improve with each and every visit. They donât even pack the food into their containers all the way to the top I generally find it 3/4 to half full. They charge the most in pricing compared to other fried chicken franchises but when they do complete an accurate order and they cook it thoroughly, itâs right on point. Thank goodness I donât have a hankering for Popeyes very often because overall, itâs been a waste of money. The other night I went and no line⌠35 minutes in the drive-through line and they didnât give me any plasticware to eat my red beans and rice. They were busy but not that busy to have forgotten a freaking fork and some extra pickles on my pricey chicken sandwich. I even asked the cashier, âare you sure everything is in the bag and the kid assured me it was
