The meatballs were amazing, but everything else was meh. We did a take out order with salads and pasta dishes. Contrary to their menu, none of the items came with bread sticks. At least we didn't get any with our order. If I had noticed while picking it up I would have asked, but didn't catch the omission until we were plating it up at home. The chicken Caesar salad did not have Parmesan and did not come with a bread knot. See the theme here? The Italian sausage pasta was not great and was disappointing compared to the meatball pasta dish. The portions were decent, but the flavor was lacking. I did an online order for the West Coast Spice pizza. Order said it would be ready in 30 minutes, but when I arrived, the order was not ready and it had been over 40 minutes. The owner apologized and gave me a free drink. Not only that, but he gave me complementary garlic knots and wings! This is the best customer service I've ever experienced. Listen when u become an adult pizza don't hit like it did when u were a kid, so as an adult you can appreciate some really tasty pizza. This place really is good and the sausage taste homemade. They put the perfect amount of sauce, it's not too much dough, and the flavor is great. I'm looking forward to trying the other pizza types... especially with the simple pepperoni and sausage tasting so good! The staff is so...
