Dunkin' — Restaurant in Upper Allen Township

I order online and walk in to pick up. surprisingly enough this dunkin isn't like all dunkins. My coffee has never been made wrong which is impressive since i don't stick to one thing very long. i don't have a "usual". only one time were they out of something that i wanted..irish cream..it was the middle of march though so it's expected. The iced coffee and the cold brews are consistent in brew strength. its not the usual one day its watered down the next day you're growing chest hair. cold brew or iced coffees are all i get so i can only say for sure about them. The baristas are very quick and efficient though..and orders don't take long to get filled when the slip pops up, and they're work areas are surprisingly clean compared to most dunkins. The store itself is also very clean..at least in the mornings when i stop it is. They do have gender defined bathrooms..i've never used them..so i can't speak on them. Honestly i can say this dunkin has not...

I ordered an iced latte with extra pumps of caramel in it as I don’t like the taste of coffee but I drink the latte to get the caffeine. I was upfront in my order of how I wanted my drink made and I was charged for the extra caramel in my purchase which I don’t mind. When I tasted the drink I could not taste the caramel and I asked the girl if she could add more. I was told it would be an additional fee. I wasn’t rude to her when I made the request. My fiancé also tasted the drink and said he couldn’t taste the caramel that much either. The drink wasn’t made right and I was already charged for the extra caramel when I paid for my drink. If I’m paying over $5 for a drink I expect it to be made right. That’s their job to make it right and I’m paying for the service and product. The girl at the drive through was not friendly and you could tell she didn’t want to be there working based on the looks she gave and her attitude. I will not be going back to this...

I was excited to have a location nearby. I signed up for DD Perks and planned to come frequently for coffee, as well as donuts for my family and coworkers at a large healthcare facility. I came in today for my first time and ordered a coffee and a wrap. When I presented them with my free coffee coupon for signing up, the manager refused to accept it. I asked several times why not but she would not explain. There was zero concern for customer service. It is a shame I wasted my time to be rudely dismissed. I left and will never be back. I’ll drive to another location where my business will be wanted and...
