Starbucks — Restaurant in Upper Allen Township

I absolutely love Starbucks and they're espresso and coffee. It is a little on the price of your side so I usually only go when I either have the extra money or my other coffee shop is closed which rarely happens but I do get my fair share of Starbucks. I love to just buy their ground espresso as well because I think that's amazing! But I have to say they're tumblers and coffee mugs and their iced coffee machine I bought 3 years ago still works to this day I love all the things that you can buy there I like that you can buy the Starbucks tumblers I have so many of them and I'm obsessed I would buy that whole store out lol. But Starbucks is definitely equally as good to my other coffee shop so I have to say I'd be happy going to either! The customer service is great. I would say the only bad thing was that they didn't let me tip one time when there was only one girl in there and she was working her butt off and I tried to give her a tip and the manager basically said no wouldn't let me tip her and I just didn't think it was very fair but we were going through covet at the time she was there putting her own health at risk and instead you wouldn't let me give her $5 I didn't like...

I ordered an impossible breakfast sandwich with no cheese and when I received it I saw pieces of cheese on it. When I addressed it with staff they told me to peel it off. I asked them to remake me a new one and I heard them making fun of my request with their backs facing me. Once I received my order, it was a sausage sandwich. Never any line but always have to wait. It was a bogo deal excluding drip coffee and hot tea. Order two drinks an ice coffee and a refresher. Charge for both and said refresher was not including in the deal but the sign doesn’t say anything about refreshers. There’s times when I go and just stood there.
