Sherba took care of us and this was truthfully the worst Starbucks experience we’ve ever had. We ordered ahead of time, drove to the starbucks and when we told her we’re here to pick up an order all she replied with was “Did the app tell you that it’s ready?” in the most dismissive tone you can imagine. It’s about an hour out until close so I understand wanting to go home so we let it pass!
When my boyfriend told her that it didn’t notify him yet, she told us that we’ll have to go to the window and if it’s not ready yet to pull around the drive through..again..There was no other cars infront of us or behind us so it was kind of unnecessary. When we pulled up to the window in the same annoyed tone she told us to pull up somewhere else until it notifies us. When my boyfriend asked where we should pull into (thinking there was a designated spot or something) she once again got snippy and said “Just go around the building into the parking lot.”
We parked in front of the building and the whole time we were waiting we just watched her wipe down the same sink nozzle while all the other girls did the work..In the time we waited and our drinks were done (we saw them get put to the side) there was multiple cars that JUST pulled in ahead of us when we could’ve just gotten the drinks immediately if we waited 2-4 minutes and not of burdened anyone else trying to order.

Read moreI recently moved to the area in September and was so excited when I saw there was a Starbucks close by. Unfortunately this excitement was short-lived. I have never experienced a slower Starbucks. At first I thought it was just a one-time thing and kept coming back to try it again, but every single time it’s the same story. I even started ordering on the app ahead of arriving thinking that would solve the issue but not so. Just today I ordered two coffees, nothing else, and arrived 15 minutes after I ordered only to find the coffees were not ready. I stood there for several minutes without anyone asking me if I needed help. Finally I asked someone refilling cups where my mobile order was and they weren’t even started yet. Then it took another 5 minutes before I got my two coffees. I checked the time from when I placed the order and it was 20 minutes between order time and when I finally received my coffees. This is the norm at this place. Friendly staff but terribly slow and unapologetic about the delays. Also the parking lot is a disaster, you either have to wait in the eternal drive thru line or risk getting blocked in if you park and go inside. Either way you’re waiting forever so it doesn’t really matter. It would probably be faster to just go into the Giant across the street to that Starbucks. Wonder if management is ever even here. Read moreWaited too long. Ordered seven items. After 20 minutes of wait, items started appearing on the counter one at a time with 5 minute gap in between. Between cold and hot bar I understand how things can be prepared at different times but two strawberry fraps coming 15 minutes apart? Not sure! By the time my items were ready my first coffee was cold. The two orders of egg bites I never received and I walked out without them. One of my orders came on the counter with a piece of hair on it. And the lady on who was working on strawberry frap. could not close the cap so she called someone else and after making a mess they both decided to throw half of the whip cream out to make it work. The drink looked unpleasant and messy to say the least. Lastly (and I seriously hope the health department review comments once in a while), she constantly wiped her hands with her jeans! I realize these types of reviews do not affect Starbucks financially but I hope they change their training strategies and bring in more competent staff for a more pleasant experience and better...
