Not bad. With LS we had to drop our trailer the day prior and pick up the following day. When we got in they were just finishing loading. They were confused as to why we were there because they hadn’t called anyone. But our load desc told us to be there at 11am. But apparently agent was supposed to call us and let us know when to leave. But they got us out after they got all of the...

I delivered a load here. The appointment was supposed to be for 9am. I showed up at 830 am. It took almost 6 hours to unload my trailer. I talked to many of the local drivers and they said it's normal for trucks to sit all day. The parking lot is very small and hard to get backed into the docks. I do not recommend taking a load into or out of...

Somebody damage there docks but they blame me. I am not the one did it they claim to my insurance company and they collect $16,000 they are very rude people They are not truthful specially truck driver very very careful with these people.
