I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. We were driving home from a trip and after 8 hours in the car, we decided we wanted Subway for dinner when we got home. I placed the order on the app and when I went to pick it up, not only was it not ready, but the young lady working behind the counter told me that they didn't make it because they only had wheat bread and didn't know if that would be okay. I don't know why that wasn't reflected as being unavailable on the app before placing an order, but whatever.
Then she told me it would be at least another 25 minutes to make our four subs because they were backed up. She was totally unapologetic and oblivious as to why this was not a good option. I had a hungry, tired family in the car, and I'm diabetic, so the timing of when I eat matters. She made no offers to try and make it right in any way and basically just shrugged her shoulders at me. Finally, instead of refunding my order, she said I needed to go on the app and do it, but there doesn't seem to be any option for that.
So now, what was supposed to be a convenience ended up with no food, crying kids, dangerously low blood sugar, and $31.86 charged to my credit card. Plus I have to waste my valuable time figuring all of this out to try and get a refund.
Additionally, this location does not honor any of the national print or online coupons. We live 2 minutes away but will be driving the extra distance to spend our money at a Subway that values our business and respects...
Read moreI did a mobile order from here and did pickup, it was a tuna foot long sub it wasn’t busy when I showed up to pick it up should have been the first red flag. I got home to eat it I open it up they put one banana pepper on one side and 3 on the other. There was barely any tuna or lettuce absolutely ridiculous I called to get a refund she said they couldn’t do a refund but then ended up telling me she would give me a refund in cash after I called again because I was upset. I said okay thinking conversation was done and but she ended up going back and forth with me over the banana pepper. When I went in store to get the refund she started counting the peppers and came up with only 4 and I stated that’s not okay and that’s not the even the ratio the experience overall wasn’t good if you make a mistake don’t justify it. Read moreI preorder a 3ft italian sub on a friday for a pick up for Sunday. This was for my daughters 5th birthday party. I went there to pick it up on Sunday and the owner told me she had no order and i must have called a different store. I explained i know what store i called. Then an employee found my order in the back and instead of apologizingto me she continued to tell me that no-one showed it to her... meanwhile i have no food for my guest. So they made me a party platter. I waited as they threw it all together and was suppose to have all the toppings on the side including mayo oil and vinger etc. Only to get to the party with only half of the amount of food and the condiments all thrown together and missing.
