Taco Bell — Restaurant in Upper Allen Township

Genuinely such a horrible experience every single time I go to this location. It doesn’t matter if you go through the drive thru, go inside, or if you mobile order. I was so excited for it to be built because it was close to the uni, but I’d rather take the extra 25-30 minute round trip to the other taco bell 6 or so miles away near target and kohls. Every SINGLE TIME I order from this location, I am met with extremely rude employees (one who JUST slammed the drive thru window in my boyfriend’s face (Feb. 10th at around 11:39pm) when all he said was “have a great rest of your night”), food that is never made correctly or fresh in any manner (consistently missing ingredients, wrong items altogether, extremely small portion sizes that are not consistent with any taco bell i’ve been to), and horrible communication. I would give everything one star if I could, but there were two people that work there that are the sweetest souls and so understanding and willing to help when these nasty-ill tempered employees who consistently ruin our food and experience (I will be updating with their names if I see them again because they were just genuinely so sweet and don’t deserve to be lumped together with the people that treat everyone terribly). I go to taco bell once MAYBE twice a week, and I can’t justify or advertise for anyone to go to this location at all, no matter how much you want the food. I was picking up a DoorDash order and when I arrived the dining room had closed. I was going to pull through the drive through but I noticed this location has a late night online order window. 2 other dashers were waiting, one for 30 minutes and the other 45. In total 6 of us got held up before I got my order. The longest anyone waited was well over an hour. When I spoke to the two original dashers I told them I’d try the drive though instead of the window, when I pulled up I was met with an extremely hostile voice. I told her my order name and she screamed at me asking if I was the one she had told to stay at the other window, I explained that I was advised to try the drive through. I then had to explain that I was a new door dasher and not one of the others who had been (rightfully so) asking about their orders. She told me to pull up to the window and when I explained the line was full you sighed and hung up the speaker. After waiting in line I was told to park my car and wait. Which I did for another half hour. I will never, be eating at this Taco Bell, not only is the staff slow and careless, they are rude. We could hear screams coming from the kitchen from outside. One employee even walked out and yelled at a dasher when he tried to ask about an order....

Gone here before for Uber eats and haven't had this problem till tonight. Uber eats says to pull through in the drive through late at night (safety issues and closed entrances) lady at the drive thru said I have to wait at the outside window. Standing here for over 5 minutes still waiting while I'm literally watching her do nothing and the guy who's in the kitchen bring the orders and doing the orders. Stop hiring lazy kids. It's 6/20 at 1130 at night and people are out here asking for money she ain't even come to the window just had an attitude the whole time while one other dudes literally doing everything. Been here numerous times late at night doing orders and never had this issue. Watched 7 people get orders and still don't have the order ready when I drove from 15 minutes away. Ridiculous...
