Dunkin' — Restaurant in Upper Chichester Township

This store location has poor customer service. I Entered the store and requested a $6 meal deal with sausage eggs cheese croissant instead of the bacon. I was informed they only honored the bacon croissant so I instead opted to order just the sandwich instead of the meal deal. However the cashier continued to try ringing me up for a hash brown and coffee along with the sandwich but I had to let him know 3 times that I ONLY wanted the sandwich since I couldn’t get meal deal as requested. Along with this I also ordered an Avocado toast with bacon.They instead gave me an order of a cold bacon croissant sandwich with cold cheese and avocado toast without bacon. I returned to the store and requesting a return for the toast being my son opted to still eat his sandwich, I was then returned a few for just Avocado toast which I informed the return was 2 different charges the initial receipt charged for bacon I didn’t get and she was returning to me a fee without a bacon charge. She proceeded to tell me the transaction charged a fee for card transactions she couldn’t give back. However that had nothing to do with the dollar amount difference of which I was charged. The fee with bacon was $4.89 and what she proceeded to return to me was $3.89. She then turns to the tip jar and take out a quarter from it to give to me as the proper payment instead of arguing I asked for a manager which they did not want to have come out. I left letting them know I would call corporate and as I left was told not to come back to the store as to say it was a problem I had and created for the inconvenience. I wouldn't have given Dunkin Donuts a negative review like this because everyone makes mistakes. But this incident needs attention because they might do this to someone who is financially strapped and spending only what they need to. Ok, I ordered a medium turbo coffee with extra cream and 10 splendas. I get to the window and the guy hands me an ice coffee. I told him I didn't order that I ordered a medium turbo coffee with extra cream and 10 splends. The guy turns around and ask me, did you order the sandwich and small coffee? At this point I'm getting frustrated because I'm already late picking up my wife. I repeat my order again in a calm manner. Now, this is where you may want to pay attention to this review. The cashier pretends like everything was ok and then hands me my credit card back in hopes that I would just drive off. I asked him what was I charged for? He says the coffee. I look at the reciept, and there is a charge for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I asked the young man(Arab or Indian) please forgive me I am NOT a racist. I wanted to make sure the blame is directed to the right person because there are multiple different cultures that work in there which I love. I asked the young man, "You were going to let me drive off? Needless to say, he refunded everything. Like I said, I wouldn't have put a negative review but that kid was actually going to allow me to drive off knowing he made a mistake. This store is pretty good except today. As I pulled up to the drive thru window around 736am 1/25/24 this older employee had his finger deep in his nose. Not just one dig but several. And he was the guy bringing food from the back out to the front. I understand we all pick our noses. But don’t pick ur nose in the open where customers can see it. A scratch is one thing but this was a deep pick. He was digging something out where that something went, we will never know. I lost my appetite and I shouldn’t have to pay for this food.
